Guys, I can promise you Chelsea are not treading on anyone’s toes. They have been operating in Hampshire for the past three years and have built up a very good portfolio. The club are just expanding their foundation programme nationally and internationally. They have some very good coaches working in Hants, developing multiskills, disability football on top of their development centres. You will find their satellite centre is in Ash. The DC's have been running for two years and the foundation are now only just beginning to look to send players for academy level trials as long as the players are unattached (boys and girls). They've had a lot of unfair and bad press from Pompey even with first team staff coming out in the local paper slating coaches(even though they offered two full time roles to get these Chelsea coaches with them). As for the above link, it is just a promotional programme on behalf of Samsung's show truck (TV's, washing machines etc) and is very basic coaching/games for all children.
