£50 says he is.

I think West Ham are staying up. Zola will stay and next season they will qualify for Europe. That's how strange football is...
-
If we can get someone of his quality, we are laughing. He is a very class act.
-
Of course he can be at fault. Was he last night? That's my point. Has he not done an excellent job? Depends on your standards. By most sane measures he has done at least a very good job. We might come up short in the play-off hunt, but if he ends up delivering our highest points total for 30 years and a trophy some people will still claim he could have done better and is at fauly for all the losses. Sure, so could Fergie, does that make him a bad manager?

Southend - won 3-1 Gillingham - won 4-1 Oldham - won 3-1 Doesn't really bear much testimony does it? And those were without looking...
-
I can't speak for others, but it cheese me off that certain posters purely spout off about the mistakes he has made, as though we haven't played some fantastic football, won a trophy and finished a few points shy of automatic promotion, from the shambles he inherited... It really just beggars credibility and makes people look a bit dim, to be brutally honest. I have a vision of lots of bitter little men with penis envy, probably traffic wardens during their day job. Sorry, but that is genuinely how I feel.

I think you need a hard worker like Hammond, but for my money he can go missing - but then people will tell me I don't see what's been doing so who knows... However, we desperately need another creative central midfielder who can link up play. That's what Morgan does brilliantly.
-
By the way if the best manager in the world can make mistakes, why is ours not allowed to??
-
So United going 3-0 up was all part of Bayern's plan? Typical Germans...
-
I can only conclude you don't bother turning up to games? I have seen us play more football in this league than Burnley have played all season. I have seen Messi kicked to sh*t in La Liga. Good footballers can play good football anywhere or sit on the bench at Arsenal. I have seen very few teams in this league play scrumball. What differentiates this league and the Premiership is most often simply pace and quality of final ball. Tell me how Lallan has suffered from expressing his talent in this league? Tell me how Schneiderlin has suffered by learning his trade here? How much better a footballer is Walcott for training with his team-mates? I'm not a football fan and then a Saints follower.
-
Quite possibly. Too keen, not thinking straight? Trying too hard.
-
Oh that's it, that's why every game goes to form. That's why tactics work every time. I bet that's how Bayern beat United... Feck me, why am I not a mutli-billionnaire placing all these football bets...

Spoken like a true fan...

Very few players moved in January. Maybe Pardew wanted one (Danns? - I don't know many of these players) but the deal was not right? Maybe Puncheon was intended to do the job but he quickly realised he couldn't? Put it this way, with his record who would I trust to make the right choice about what we need - Pardew or the clowns who claim they could do his job on here... hmmm tough call.
-
Are you saying that we can't finish? Despite being the league's second top scorers with the second best goal difference? The evidence doesn't support that view.
-
Wallsall did for us. When they were leading 3-2, promotion was ours. Their capitulation gave Huddersfield all the belief they needed.
-
All sportsmen accept that luck plays a part in their success. Why can't we accept that we might be unlucky occasionally? Alex Ferguson has a European Cup because John Terry couldn't score a penalty. Anyone who tells me Manchester United 'made that luck' is a fecking idiot. From what I've heard with all our chances and poor refereeing we were unlucky last night - I wasn't there I can't say. But I have seen us be unlucky. It happens. Can we not deal with it more maturely?
-
No, we only have problems if we don't bring in a replacement which I'm sure we will.
-
What do P****y owe us £35 thousand for?
Legod Third Coming replied to Saint Johnno's topic in The Saints
Oh Alpine of all the things you have suggested, this gets my vote!!! LMAO -
Seriously, would you get out of bed for that??
-
Who doesn't? It's something even the best clubs can't always overcome. It's something we struggle with when our best midfielder is missing and when our shooting boots aren't on properly...
-
I am more likely to be the next West Ham manager.
-
Let's hope spongebob is coming!
-
Wotton yes, James has a place maybe.
-
I'm pleased to see he's as passionate about it as I am.
