Just spoken to someone at the ticket office again, with regards to 2 new season tickets and not having received any forms or contact. Was again told that there has been a problem between the club and the banks, apparently the direct debit details of customers have not transferred properly. The lady said that there would be a letter sent out 'within the next couple of days (was told the same on Saturday) and that the season tickets are secured.
She also mentioned that there would not be any months were people had to pay 2 installments and that if this was the case the installments would just be paid back over more months.
Seems there has been a bit of a cock up anyway.
