Was in the home end as I'm not a ST holder and couldn't get a legit ticket. Tried hard to get one, asked friends and family and even pm'd a few on here I suspected of having spares offering over face value but got no joy. When they scored I stood up and half heartedly clapped - the same as I did at Bournemouth when sat in their south stand next to whitey grandad. No doubt some will think I should have whipped out a flare and starting wailing like a loon when lambert scored and stated sat down impassive when the skates equalised but hey ho- I was there and I dont regret it!

Look, I've never missed a Fratton game but compared with around me we seemed quiet *****il we scored), typical skates, when things on top they love it but behind they are scared pussys in my experience! From what I saw, s***ing myself 90% of the time to be fair, we looked just lime them at ours, overwhelmed and oversung. It will be the same at ours as usual but was ssomehow hoping for a man u esc like group of 3k+ loons in black jumping around running things. The skates were shocking when a goal down though! And the "sha la la la" was laughable from the skates when not 4-1 facing relegation!

The same internet warriors moaning about niemi in 05 were terrible today, not saying the skates were all that - in fact, in amongst em you can see they're bully's and cant handle odds against em, when we scored they were shocking. Due to the ineptitude of the ticket office I've resorted to getting 3 tickets in the skate family section tomorrow. Dead easy, got my old boss (a jcl skate that doesn't like football but bought man u tickets 3/4 years ago) to get them, still plenty left looking forward to a few relaxing cans on the way down and a stroll down goldsmith to the ground... No way I'm missing this, if there's empty seats our plan is to kick up a fuss with the skates around us and get moved in the away end. Up the saints! SFC undercover ops team.

I've got a feeling there's going to be 100's of empty seats due to cock ups like this... All well and good brushing it off as a "shambles" but for people like me, brought up genuinely hating the skates, this is by a mile the biggest game of the season - especially for us that were there in 04 & 05 - there should be a proper investigation into this and an explanation and apology afterwoulds!
