  1. How many times, we have more than 4 songs!! You've been corrected on numerous occasions on this matter, would you like a list of our songs? You are becoming dull, delldays. Also I'd like to say that I notice the songs we sing take off easier, and sound better, with decent back board banging. I agree though that when the banging is sh!t, it's very sh!t.
  2. The James Nesbitt "What Happened?" advert is a good'un. The first Carling one that Johnny Bognor posted up there somewhere is well good. Other than that I absolutely detest adverts, especially all these "cash your gold in for a low interest loan and get a free text date" type ones. Horrible.
  3. You only like that cos it has Deal in it, hamster
  4. Wiltshire is on a wind up... ...Surely?
  5. Yep, exactly what I just said. His cross for Trotman was from a set-piece, that was the difference. More often than not his deep lofty crosses go into the hands of the keeper or onto the head of the defender.
  6. James also rarely makes the effort to take on the defender and get to the byline. I'm sure his crosses would be a lot more effective if they weren't from the deep every single time, the keeper can read it so easily as can the defenders. It's predictable and often ineffective. Unless it's from a set piece, as I'm sure Trotman would tell you.
  7. Right, so now we know how we are all getting there, how much it all costs, when Boxing Day is and what train station is closer, does anyone have any idea what the ground is like, as stated in the opening post?
  8. I don't think he has much time for him either, but it is still an option. Mellis had one of his better games when he played against Tranmere was it? He should have had a goal and started and continued a marvellous move. Pardew knows what he is doing though, we'll see come 3pm tomorrow.
  9. Why not give Mellis a go on the left? I often play him there on FIFA10 in the event of a tactical emergency.
  10. Yeah £12 for student/young adult.
  11. And Poke, who I genuinely believe is better than Forecast anyway.
  12. I'd go with that selection too, except if fully match fit I'd keep Perry in the squad. He had a blinder yesterday. Who knows if his old legs could handle 2 games in 3 days though... Would definitely start Waigo instead of Antonio, Waigo made a massive difference coming on on Saturday. I have a funny feeling it will be 2-2. I'd like to be proved wrong though and grab 3 points daaannn in Essix. "COYR"
  13. I am ITK: Forecast is awful.
  14. Agree with this, there were times when there would have been perhaps more options if he had cut in behind the full back (obviously staying onside). By going inside he reduced the width, which we desperately needed at times.
  15. Northam was quiet compared to usual, yeah. I've been impressed by the Itchen North in recent times too, but yesterday that was quiet too... In the Northam, in between the almost sporadic singing, which often fizzled out after one round or got sped up too much, there was just shouts of "PORK" and abuse aimed towards plastics. "Rickie Lambert hates plastics" or something like that. Now I have no problem with these so-called plastics swelling the crowd, but seriously, we need Northam/Itchen North to be loud and boisterous, not silent. Also, another point, I had one bloke near me who I don't think I've seen before, who thought it was Davis in goal, and thought Perry was Wotton. He sounded a right plank. ALSO, why sing "He's always offside" just as Waigo comes on, that's really good for him innit. Don't think he was offiside when he slotted away his chance for our third.
  16. LOL @ the BBC match report naming 'Pablo Waigo' as the scorer of our third.
  17. To be fair though, it has been louder in recent matches.
  18. Out of his depth today, felt sorry for him coming back off though.
  19. Yeah, they were spot on today. A lot can be said for those getting the goals each week but so far this season Harding has been superb and Perry today proved that he can challenge as a regular week in, week out. Spot on.
  20. just click on 'go advanced' and then you have the option of fonts and all that above the text box. Smilies are to the right of the text box. HTH
  21. Tac-tics is right, Hammond will show Quashie up. Hammond has a lot more about him. I'll put it this way as well, I'd rather have Hammond than Quashie.
  22. Looking at the table, our results and our squad, I have to agree with this.
  23. Up to twelfth in the League now, top half of the table. Lovely.
