I've always said there should be two prices. One for those of us who didn't vote Labour, and one for the thick people who voted Labour and put this country in the mess it's in. Why should I have to pay for the thicko Labour voters?
-
Has Bean and Balls been photographed looking glum, petrol pump nozzle in hand, at an empty filling station yet?
-
Isn't that about 10 seconds worth of interest on the debt mountain left by Labour?

Personally I think the govt. advise is good. fill up now, then keep your car topped up. Yes there will be a surge now, but that will subside and if there is a strike the level of disruption will be lessened because a lot of people will just be adding another 20 quids worth. Tories 1 - 0 Union Scum.

And if we are sold at some point it'll be for big money (ruling out noddy chancers) and as such they will want to preserve such a huge investment with will require us being in the Premiership. So que sera sera, the future is bright - the future is red and white!!!!! So if any players etc happen up this thread or rumour it's of no consequence except that they'd in all liklihood get a pay rise from a new wealthy owner.

I thought this. Although cocklebreath says that if you say he's lieing you're a proper dull ****.
-
cocklebreath says he know's you off-line, he saw you wearing a saints shirt over your jumper with HYPO on the back, you were drinking in the Kingsland tavern, when you left you put on a Pony football manager jacket (Branfoot style)
-
Hypo, cocklebreath and TheMoog say you're a proper dull ****. Don't shoot the messenger.

If we all remain calm then this isn't an issue. It's only when people start flapping that these discussions become an issue.
-
I love it how when threads like this are started the happy clappy types appear and squeal at anyone who dares to remain open minded.

That's the caravan holidays with the volvo secure for you then.

By that time we;ll have developed far more fuel efficient engines and other energy systems using infinite resources. At the end of the day the most important resource in the world isn't oil, or coal, it is the resource that humanity needs to live - a green and pleasant land.

Yesterdays future buying price for crude (you can purchase at todays price and purchase for the future at a quoted price) was circa 35% lower than todays price suggesting that the industry believe the middle east issues with subside. Also America is about to start production with their oil fracking facilities which mean they become energy independent within the next decade. I posted a thread on here about the fracking potential in the vale of Belvoir which if exploited can put us in a similar position. What we are seeing now is the death rattle of opec holding the civilised world to randsom and give it 30 years and the whole middle east with be just a big sand pit.

You could almost think the government want there to be a bit union millitancy so they can flex their muscles and naturally mention that said unions fund Labour.

I think it's great what has been achieved and what they are aiming to achieve - namely category 1 status - not just on a par with the best BUT WORLD LEADERS. What we are doing is building the club up the right way for long term sustainability.

BTW I filled mine up - 90 quid FFS, but not because of the panic, i was gonna do it anyway ready for the Pompey game next week. No queueing at all.

I heard maudes comments on the radio and thought WTF. Encouraging people to store petrol is f/cking insane. I bet the Fire Brigade are livid.

If we both need a point I would hope for a discreet chat between the managers.
