What is interesting is that corporate bonds markets have been picking up again recently, and the gold spot price is rising again AND equity markets are rising. It's not a normal pattern. When corporate bonds/gold does well equities do badly. My belief is that stock markets are completely overvalued and with all the sh/t going on with sovereign debt I can only see the recent rally in the stock markets as a swansong before a long overdue crash

Cut out red meat, cut out saturates and fried food, eat lots of berries (especially blueberries), weetabix for breakfast, cut down on cafeine and instead get a juicer and create your own juices, celery is good sh/t too. Nowadays such population adjustments would be frowned upon, but back then this was normal. You can go back throughout history and conquerers almost always comitted the odd atrocity to assert their domination. I look on such events in the context of the period in which they happened and i'm not sorry or apologetic as an Englishman for any of our colonial actions. In fact i'm very proud that we were the superior colonial power. The Roman Empire comitted atrocities, but that does not detract from the fact they were an awesome fighting and political force.
