You'll be arrested and you'll receive a banning order. That's the best case scenario.

Hopefully the Markets respond favourably. The Dow is up to 12176 which is really pleasing. Be worth watching the Asian/Australian markets if there is an announcement this evening to see the likely effect on the FTSE in the morning.

The ticket office will be closed on the day of the match.

I've not missed a derby match home or away since 1996. But this time the OB/Cortese (as the whole bubble scheme is as a result of talks between both parties + PFC) have made it too much effort for what will effectively be a police state outing. I guess that this sort of thing is normal in Italy/Spain where they are used to dictatorial rule.

You pay for my diesel to drive down and pick up coach tickets (60 quid will cover it) and i'll hold your hand on the day.
-
Well the attitude towards fans from outside the area by not posting out coach passes speaks volumes. It is utterly ludicrous. And this leads me to believe that it's probably Cortese's idea because a) he doesn't care about fans b) he loves the idea of charging a booking fee without having p+p to pay for.

Regarding the mystery over the allocation I have a theory. It could well be 3200, but if we don't sell enough tickets they'll say it's 2500 and create a "sterile area" just so the poor sales can't be used against the police state tactics.

Lots and lots of Domestos. Several tankers.

Q: I like to enjoy a drink at the match. Will there be drink at the ground? Can I bring it with me? A: No, I’m afraid you can’t. The logistics of Fratton Park are such that there are no bars at the away supporters end, but there will be plenty of access to soft drink, hot drinks and fast food concessions. It is illegal to carry or consume alcohol on a coach to a designated football match. This is prohibited under the terms of the Football Spectators Act 1989. What a fun packed day the OB and Cortese have in store for everyone. And I deliberately mention Cortese because let us not forget this decision was as a result of talks between the OB and the club. The best outcome would be for there to be empty seats. That would well and truely p/ss on the fire of the police/Cortese claiming a great success.

r.e tokyos post: She clearly has a gambling addiction which is an illness. In the past i had a bit of a problem (never got into debt with it) so can feel sorry for people who do get into the vicious circle. As well as these legalised loan sharks being outlawed and the FSA indroducing a maximum apr level, I would go further and outlaw advertising of online gaming. You'd be surprised at just how much of an issue this is becoming for some women, and the constant advertising tells you just what a lucrative market it is. -
Maybe, but I quite like the main sections patina, it's just the veneer section that looks so dull and I think it'd come to life with a nice shine. I've tried waxing but it does nothing to this section. I was told it was made anwhere from 1720 to 1780 (was told likely 1760 ish) so it's not going to look like brand new and I like character anyway.

Hi Kenny, i've looked for it on youtube, if you find a full link to the song please post it up.

Quick question. I'm not happy with the mahogany veneer section where the inlay is plus a few other areas that have lost their finnish. I'm tempted to revarnish veneer section myself or get restorer I went to school with to do it for me. Advice would be appreciated.

This. I have recently bought a windsor chair, two barometers, and George II period corner cupboard that i'm having a top made for (just to sit on the top) and i'm going to use it as a lampstand. All these items are handmade and have character and they'll only increase in value because they are currently bargain prices. Today i'm off to get a copper arts and crafts style newspaper rack that I saw yesterday but didn't buy and wish I had. It's only 15 quid and you'd never get anything as good new without paying through the roof.

If your mate requires any witnesses i'm happy to stand up in court and tell everyone what a slimey slug saint jonny is.

3.45 k/o today for round 2. BBC Parliament should be worth a watch.

That sounds a better day than the school trip to Pompey. However for me having to drive down to pick up the coach pass is the deal breaker. With regret I won't be bothering.
-
How many applications have there been so far? I'd be amazed if it's over 1000. I reckon there will be 1500 + tickets available in the 18 day window when they go on general sale and I don't think we'll shift them all.

my claim to fame is getting the "my old man said be a pompey fan"song going at the southern masters and giving the sky producers a headache as the desperately tried to talk over it.

Have you ever been to Burnley?

Does anyone have a pic if the most famous SFC fanzine front page? http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/columnists/holt/2003/02/12/england-cowards-no-it-s-easy-to-be-brave-when-you-re-not-in-the-firing-line-115875-12630937/

Shame, I always fancied a chair with wing mirrors and a marigold to push me. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=458Xuj7m2Ns

Wasn't aware of that. I had a saints badge on an old car and never got stopped so I think most police would turn a blind eye to such a petty offence. That said I wouldn't do that, or have an SFC plate, in the future as your car is permanently marked and could attract criminal damage.
