Labour maxing out on the giant card during the good times when we should have been stashing away in a war chest ensured that when the bust came along we were broke. But hey Gormless Brown declared boom and bust was a thing of the past so that div would never have even thought about being prudent.

It's true though. I support Cameron because he's a Conservative, but I do think he's trying too hard to appease the left of centre. Politically he's walking a tightrope as he needs the centre ground, but if he's not careful his neglection of his core support will cause him trouble internally.

That's not strictly true. Labour borrowed as well as taxed us to the hilt, so we'll be paying for Labours obscene spending for years to come.

My memory of events that day isn't good so i can't comment on that. This isn't a cop out btw, I genuinely don't remember much about that game as my dad was in the cancer ward dieing at the time and therefore I went to the game and left straight away to get to the hospital.

The Conservatives are not ruining the country, they are bringing it back from the brink of ruin. Labour, as always, spent more than we could afford and we are now seeing a responsible government sorting the mess out.

It stands to reason that if on a busy motorway/dual carriageway you don't need your rear fogs on. I only ever put my rear fog lighst on if i can't see a car in my mirrors and as soon as I see a car behind me I turn them off. It's called being a good driver. I don't think women drivers get the concept of being courteous on the road because there's too many other more important things buzzing round their heads like what to cook for dinner, or did I leave the imersion heater on etc.

Just seen that a load of scruffy tramps were protesting in Nottingham today in a demo organised by the Marxist Unions. By the look of them i'd say half of them were on benefits. I for one think this recession could be a blessing in disguise as it's an opportunity to really shrink the public sector and in the process strike another blow against the Unions. That is what this country needs.

I wish I could go, but alas i'm working. It should be a good game and a good crowd.

Why is it that women drivers don't put their lights/side lights on at dusk? I'm sure they just think lights are to see with, and haven't got the brains to realise they are also there so you can be seen.
