  1. Imagine his reaction to someone describing Islam in that way.
  2. The Tadic v JWP question is an interesting one, can see arguments for both. Tadic is still a better overall player in my eyes, but we're utterly useless at set pieces without JWP.
  3. How can I agree or disagree with everthing Gervais has ever said? I don't know everything he's ever said, so I can't comment on it. Easy enough to comment on a one page internet link though. No, I don't think Elephants should be used for logging
  4. Lost what? Do you disagree with anything he states?
  5. Guess it also depends how long the half time queues to get served are

  7. So they're going because they want something else in their life, not bcause they believe in that religion.
  8. But the difference is one is done because the individual chooses to do it, the other is followed because a man in the sky, an ancient book tells them to do it, or they feel they can't let their community down. A clear difference. I don't know of anyone that feels they can't eat a certain food because of the football team they follow
  9. Great effort. Following a football team and hoping they do well is the same as believing and devoutly following the teachings of a man in the sky
  10. I don't reckon we'll have more than 1k up there. Understandable all things considered. I obviously want us to win every game, but winning away at Old Trafford to go above them and go third would be pretty sweet.
  11. I've no idea if he'll make a full recovery or not, but if Elia performs and impresses, I think it's expected we'll sign him. That will leave us with Mane, Long, Elia - would Rodriguez fit into our squad on top of those three? Would be fantastic options to have if he did, but I can't quite see us carrying all 4.
  12. Islam's impact on a par with Pol Pot and Stalin? Interesting.
  13. I think we'll play well, test them and just, just miss out on a reesult.
  14. He did move on to Norwich. Strange move really, not exactly a step up. He's a s**t commentator, but I still prefer him to Phil Neville or Micheal Owen.
  15. There are only 2 reasons to follow a religion. Cultural/community pressures or border-line mental illness.
  16. So people don't respond to MLG because he didn't admit he'd got something wrong previously?
  17. No, I gave you a quick answer as a starting point. You're the one that said there is no solution and we've just got to accept Islamic terrorism in our lives.
  18. Fair enough, it's sad that we have to continue to accept this level of violence as part of Islam's input to our lives.
  19. Can't see them wanting Ings and Rodriquez, but not impossible. I wouldn't be surprised if both Soldado and Adebayor both get moved on in the summer. Thought Spurs might go after Dzeko, but he might be out of their current range.
  20. I think that all points to him starting on Sunday. Quite big interviews with Sky and BBC. He says all the right things, seems genuinely keen, but the test is if he still so keen sat on the bench at home against Swansea for example.
  21. No, according to this thread, there is no difference between Islam and any other religions current impact on the world.
  22. Interesting comparison there. How many people have the marchers in Dresden killed?
  23. Neo Nazis weren't religious, ultimately it was a secular movement, Brevik was a one off lunatic, that was more "anti-Islam" than "pro-Christianity", thankfully. But I'd have no problem if anyone wanted to clamp down on Christianity as a result; the difference is Christianity is slowly fading away in Western Europe (good thing in my eyes), Islam is growing (bad thing in my eyes).
  24. Right wing bias from the usual source I guess http://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2014/oct/18/lahore-high-court-asia-bibi-death-penalty
