Seems likely really ! Chanrai is talking to this guy ( not Storrie who is chasing the African dream), and of course Chanrai has already publically mooted Administration as a real option this week. Maybe the Kiwi says, "OK Baloo I will buy it once you have placed it into Admin but not before"
