  1. Unfortunately this sounds all too familiar so you gotta laugh or else you'd cry 🤣
  2. “….at some point it’ll come” twat
  3. Yeah they’ve lost every bloody game since then haven’t they?
  4. Aah ok, I didn’t see that tab when I looked it up. Thanks 👍
  5. Dragan is the owner but Sport Republic Holdings has 3 Directors - Dragan, Rasmus & Kraft - so yeah I dont see how Dragan could sack him really
  6. Nah, we'll be fine. We'll still have Capt. Jack, Bazunu, Manning, Fraser, Bereton-Diaz..........yeah ok, fair point 😒
  7. That’s a whole 3% more than I do if this egomaniac stays much longer
  8. I dont think arrogance draining away is in his make up tbh. He will die on that cross that he is right, might end up blaming the players for not being good enough eventually but no more than that
  9. I wonder if it would be like that for Martin if he had to make that long walk along the touch line to the dug out like Branfoot had to? By the time he got there the abuse and booing was fever pitch towards the end…..I was almost gonna say “ah the good old days” but they were far from that…..although we did try and score occasionally unlike this passive shite
  10. Another issue with Russball is, just watching it, sucks the life out of you....well it does me. Looking at our next 5 home games up to and inc Boxing Day - Liverpool x 2, Chelsea, Spurs & West Ham - all of those are live on Sky/BT/Prime so where is the desire for us out of towners to actually not just put our tickets on the Exchange thing and stay home? Its not fun anymore and the entertainment value is almost nil.
  11. Out of his depth and too stubborn to adapt. It’s a shame but it is what it is !
  12. 100%
  13. Given this is the way his teams have been playing since the day he got here its an unbelievable quote but I guess when you are drowning you cling to anything !
  14. Russell Martin: "At the minute the balance is the guys at the back take all the risk and show all the courage. "The guys at the front have to do more. It's our job to free them up somehow and give them more moments where they are 1-vs-1." This twat really is on a wind up isnt he? FFS
  15. Well the same applies for giving McCarthy a brand new shiny contract, getting Ryan Fraser back on a two year deal when he didnt even feature in every match as a starter in The Championship.......they got carried away by the day out and result at Wembley.
  16. Oh I agree, I just think that’s their thinking.
  17. I don’t think they believed we would get promoted at the first go for a minute. I think that’s knocked them off their plan which was rebuild in the Championship then come back stronger. So going up meant they had to spend money and there’s a fair chance a fair few of those signings were lined up if we were in the Championship, ie - Wood, Edwards, Bereton-Diaz (probably), Sugawara, Fraser, Lallana (based on him being at the play-off final as a guest of the club). This season they’ll view as a financial bonus given parachute payments are re-set. So I think they’ll stick with RM as they see him as the man who can build a team in the Championship and get us back up with a strong squad.
  18. Semmens was an employee of the club, don’t talk bollocks
  19. How many goals have Wolves conceded? Then Southampton roll up and don’t have one single shot on target !!!! But hey 71% possession so trust the process, we’ll have some fun 😡😡
  20. I see RM’s latest fitness update doesn’t mention Lallana. Given what he says in these things and what usually happens on match day bear little relation I’ll assume he’s not fit to avoid disappointment later 😆
  21. I bet the bell ringing twat and his mates loved that 🤣
  22. He has started 4 games for Southampton since he arrived, he has made 11 sub appearances, I suspect the minutes played in those barely add up to a full game. He has hit the woodwork what? 3 times? He has fed off scraps as nobody has seemingly worked out a ball at height into the box for a guy at 6ft 7 might be a good idea. His chances to score have been somewhat limited. We aren’t talking Che Adams here where he’s getting five chances a game to score 1 goal. I would love to see him get a start, partner Archer up front and have him as an outlet when we are under pressure but I doubt it will happen as it doesn’t fit Russball. Chris Wood would struggle to score playing RM’s style.
  23. Not for the last 10 or so years it hasn’t been. Jimmy Case would never stay on the pitch long enough to see half time these days
  24. Well it wasn’t great but we hung in there and while Everton might count themselves a bit unlucky with a few chances they had I think we deserved at least a point. I thought Armstrong was poor apart from the goal. I did think RM got his subs just about right today, which was nice 😂
