  1. Any geeks got any stats for the amount of home draws in the last few years? I honestly doubt any team has had more than us!!
  2. Right, this is pointless. You don't have to buy the new shirt when they come out Clearly loads of people still DO buy it when there is a new one Due to the above point, it would take a BAD businessman NOT to release a new shirt every season.
  3. He couldn't take a decent goal kick, though.
  4. Football is a pretty basic sport. There's not much learning to be done.
  5. They played at Dew Lane near Fleming Park for the beginning of the 1941-1942 season.
  6. Nope. It is a town in Hampshire though...
  7. That's two. Just to help out....it wasn't a stadium so I'll accept the location name.
  8. In the 1940s which three different places did Saints play their home games?
  9. Anders Svensson, Marian Pahars, Kevin Phillips
  10. I don't think it's fair to say that. Maybe MOST rapes are about power and revenge. But, rape for sex does happen.
  11. I'm sure there are stats that prove it. I am also sure that there are stats that disprove it. However, being male my theory tends to be this: (a basic example)... Two women in the wrong place at the wrong time. One dressed like a "slut". The other one isn't. Due to being in the wrong place at the wrong time, there are some male wrong'uns around. Now, men are visually sexually attracted to women, yes? Due to being visually sexually attracted to women, this means that the woman with more on show is more appealing (assuming she isn't an absolute mutt, of course). The woman dressed like a slut is now in the wrong place at the wrong time, and has gained the attention of a male wrong'un moreso than the other lady. Surely the CHANCE isn't equal for both of them?
  12. Hmmm, well I never think of him as a "striker" anyway.
  13. Le Tissier is the 4th highest scoring midfielder.
  14. This debate does often get mixed up by blame and chance being confused. It is never a woman's fault for being raped, but the chance slightly increases by being visually appealing to a male (men tend to like the female body!) I would add.... this only refers to rape for sex, not rape for power. And don't tell me it doesn't happen as that is nonsense.
  15. No of course I don't rape them. I can control my urges. There will always be men that can't.
  16. This.
  17. Rape is NEVER about sex and sexual attraction then? Sure...
  18. Most victims would be dressed down though, purely because most girls will be dressed down 95% of the time, so I don't think that's a fair argument against provocative dress increasing CHANCE of rape. I may be wrong as I don't have any stats, but it seems like a fair assumption...
  19. Well I can definitely confirm that dressing in a revealing way increases chances of getting harassed/groped anyway. All you have to do is watch the behaviour of 18 year old males flocking around girls in clubs on a Saturday night.
