Does 7 years out of the prem create a higher demand than last time? Especially after the excitement of a first promotion to the top flight for 34 years. 23-24K would be my guess.

I can see there being a high demand for STs but can't see NC worring about selling out, whatever the figure maybe. If it is a problem this season expect lots of stadium expansion threads to start but I can't see it myself.

Can't Lambo just be in the squad for his penalty taking abilities. He might not be good enough to play on the field but could stop England going out again on pens. Never understood why le tiss wasn't taken to cup comps for this reason.

Am I the only one looking at the bigger picture here. This thread is about personal pride not club pride. Anyone who saw my thread about bring flares into football matches would know I thought that if we started bringing flares in regularly it would dent my pride for the club for others they would be more proud? So whose right? In all cases it has to be the majority as it is the majority that makes the club. I understand why somes personal pride is dented from seeing people in fancy dress but on Saturday the stadium held over 32k and I do believe most people didn't have a problem with the fancy dress at that game or those watching on tv. However should it start to became a regular thing maybe they would. Incidentally a lot of Pompey fans think the **** with the bell is a ****, but they have to live with that embarrassment. If that did happen here we would need a thread to work out a way of banning the ****er from the ground. I've said it before and I'll say it again I really do think this club has a great mix of people who attend our matches and because of that we generally do have a good reputation amongst other fans.
