Does anyone know where they'll be showing the Ipswich game around the Wembley area? If WBA do us a favour, that would boost what will already be an incredible atmosphere. It's a 12:30 kick-off, same time as Fulham vs. Villa, so have a feeling that will be the default game shown by venues.

Surprised no-one's mentioned this, but Scienza was definitely subbed off for taking the free-kick instead of Manning. You could see Eckert screaming at him to leave it for Manning but Scienza ignoring and blasting it over.

I don't think he did mean anyone in particular. He didn't say "more leeway than". My read was that if we were to have another dip in form, we should at least remember how we felt after this four game period before we start demanding for him to go.

I get that Eckert has been involved in a decent EFL setup previously, but the fact a coach in a similar mould to Still, albeit more inexperienced (younger and having never managed before), is a hugely damning indictment of Still. It is a bit of a shame. I was desperate for him to succeed, but he's either not as good a coach as we were led to believe or he's not been able to establish a relationship with the players and they just wouldn't play for him. Or both.

Fuck off. Get a proper manager. This formation is shit – weak in the middle. Baz a liability. 😉
