Yep but once every fullmoon I have some strength to (try to) discuss it with "them"
-
Of course it is, but as I tried to say. When they are approached they would look at an overall picture but all that is stated here are that "they are only here for the money" which is wrong...
-
Or because, as he himself said, we showed we really wanted him....
-
Do I think a comment like that is the easiest way to answer a question from an italian journo why such a highly rated player in italy would choose to leave for a small newcomer club in England instead of looking at offers from the likes of Inter and Juventus that was rumoured...?? Yes I do. Of course the money is part of it but the whole nonsense talk here was that the money was the only reason, and that´s frankly "Barry Sanchez." (the clue is in the initials)
-
Somehow these lines always go missing in these discussions.... ‘They believe in me in every way… and above all I have said that they are going to grow,’ Ramirez told Corriere dello Sport. ‘Southampton is a newly promoted team in the English top flight, but they have the means to stand tall in a few years. ‘And with me they are going to build. It’s all very stimulating. Even if it is a little strange.’
-
Ramirez saga all over again.... dont they have any imagination in Italy?? Ok, maybe this one might end a bit earlier...
-
True.....well I cant follow Tancredi since he blocked me for asking a cheeky question why journos dont check facts before writing stuff...
-
I think Tancredi actually enjoys (a bit over the top I know) tweeting "against" Saints. If anything now it would be a Manchester City target cause that was the latest rumour about Astori and Premier League.... Doesn´t really seems like he ever answer to questions from Saints fans on twitter either anymore...
-
Very inconsistent. Spells that they look really good, passing the ball around, movement is good but then there are long spells of very sloppy passing, no movement, no pressure on the opponents...
-
But from who are they waiting for the green light regarding Osvaldo??
-
Oh How do I edit my previous post?
-
Or maybe listen to the reliable italian journos that "might" have better sources inside an italian club than the Daily Star and what ever other paper says in England...?

Beautiful play, should have been 2 up now...
-
That doesn´t sound like one that could be useful for us....
-
Same as Holt, stayed in the same team that he got promoted with. Teams know how to use him, he knows how the team play....just that he also is a better footballer than Holt.
-
He can play on the wing in a 4-3-3 but would never be an option to replace Lennon, Holtby and that kind of use of a winger...
-
Why do people come up with suggestions from lower leagues when it comes to strikers they want? Lets take a look of which players that has been top scorers last few years.... In the championship. Vaz Te, McCormack, Graham, Holt, Long, Whittingham, Maynard, Hooper, Ebanks-Blake, Scotland... In League One Madden, Grigg, Pitman, Rhodes, Evans, Wright-Phillips, Mackail-Smith, Murray, Painter, Beckford, Cox, Fryatt... Any world beaters?? Do you find anyone of those that has gone on to being a good player in Premier League? Well, Holt had one good season, but that was mainly because he stayed in the same team. Shane Long a decent player and does much needed work for his team but let´s say we sign him, would anyone be overthrilled by that?? There´s a reason why these players hasn´t been signed by PL teams, they are not good enough for that level!!
-
What I find strange is that it is almost only Inter fansites that comes out with those reports, but not saying it wouldn´t be true but there is still the point of why would Roma loan/sell him to a big rival....? This link states that there are no offers worthy of note from Inter.... http://www.calciomercatonews.com/ultime-notizie/2013/08/16/calciomercato-roma-osvaldo-southampton-fiducioso-ma-wolfsburg-e-tottenham/ CALCIOMERCATO ROMA OSVALDO SOUTHAMPTON WOLFSBURG TOTTENHAM - As reported by Gianluca Di Marzio on its website, the Southampton expected to know the answer to Osvaldo regarding the offer made these days. Roma have accepted, missing only the yes of the player. But there are always two behind clubs like Wolfsburg and Tottenham pushing so much for the purchase of the player. Osvaldo but hopefully much in the revival of Inter, the Nerazzurri would be the first choice for Osvaldo's just that at this moment there is no offer worthy of note by the Milanese club.
-
And WUM´s never believe good news......so what´s the difference?
-
Yeah yeah, bu what do he think of us signing Osvaldo?
-
For our italian speaking...

Tancredi Palmeri @tancredipalmeri 3m Southampton's target Osvaldo targeted again by abuses by Roma fans, who wrote on sidewalk in front of his house 'Osvaldo piece of s...' Tancredi Palmeri @tancredipalmeri 4m Osvaldo's gf replied on twitter attacking the fans who abused, and then posting a pic where she gave the middle finger Come on Pablo and enjoy a bit quieter life where you will be loved....

Update on Clyne/Shaw at least, transfers not so much though. But understandable imo. -

What to prefer..... A manager speaking his native language using the whole vocabulary, though interpreted.......or a manager having a smaller vocabulary resulting in only talking in clichee´s and standard frases without really saying anything.... Oh now I understand Glasgow, you miss Nigel Adkins non-saying presses...
