Very true, the great game. -
He was signed as a Striker, are you Guly? Do you smoke marlborough lights and like Ocean Village?
-
I am not trolling as I am giving my opinion, you simply dont like it and come out with that childish response, you dont accept my opinion as I yours but I certainly value your thoughts, where that puts you I dont know.

http://www.fansnetwork.co.uk/football/southampton/your-report/display/match:5745/ No,if you google it it is also not me, I am not scapegoating anyone, he is ****, a charlatan not of Danny Fox's porportion's but close, a striker who fails to score but who pus the effort in and runs around a lot.

So we go from hard and cynical in playing a second XI in the cup game and forums posters applaud this and not worrying about it and yet get all misty eyed when an average footballer at best is injured for our League campaign, the hypocrisy is everywhere.

Was that the game he missed an open goal? http://www.whoateallthepies.tv/videos/151655/stoke-3-3-southampton-jerome-rocket-rescues-point-for-potters-as-saints-shine-at-the-britannia-photos-highlights.html

It's a very interesting point, I dont agree in wars but I know the World can not be my idealist paradise and that bad and sometimes unjust things happen in this World, that will not stop me wearing a poppy with pride but I fully respect the writers view. -
Danny Fox is still valued, it's an Arthur C Clarke not just baffling, Guly has a worse scoring record than some of our defenders!
-
We sell because the player wants to play elsewhere.
-
Top 6? European football asured with a top 5? You would take 7th? Good trophy for that now is it? Pat on the back from the FA? Or simply fa?
-
£20 Million for Schneiderlin possibly less, £15 Million possibly for Lallana.
-
Of course I am right on this its obvious, if Manchester United/Liverpool/Arsenal and Spurs are a stepping stone for Madrid and Barcelona what chance do we have? They have millions more than we do yet we delude ourselves that as we have won a few games we are dining with the bigger boys, lets see if we do that on consistent season by season basis over 5 years and not 10 games into a season.
-
So your viewpoint after all that is a safety first 40 point mark before we can relax? I agree to an extent but the clappers will go along with Cortese's thoughts of championsleague not of a possible relegation, two equally wasted thoughts though as we wont do either.
-
Can we all take a step back and listen to ourselves, if the big six put in a large bid we will sell, keep this post as a banker, a large bid and our players will go, not neccessarily because we have to or want to sell them but simply put the players will always see the bigger clubs, trophies and European football as a bigger draw. Those facts will not change until we do a similar thing to Chelsea and City, that is obviously not going to happen, so enjoy the ride of being the best stepping stone in the land. I hope I am wrong but simply can not see it, retain this to rub it into my face come February and I shall gladly apologise.

The manager of this club and the Don will make the right decision about his future. Eventually we hope, Ramirez has had two different managers with different styles so thats can not be a factor, he is simply uninterested and not bothered, when his infamous quote of they offered me so much money to come here statement the writing was on the wall as such.

Another belter from the little Italian.
-
But thats because we dont want to, we want to finish higher up the league, not winning silverare, not going to Wembley, not having our profile raised, not giving the fans amazing memories, not going to sone of best grounds in europe or having amazing football experiences,..........

QUOTE=Glasgow_Saint;1811287]Good point... We are the new Villa or Newcastle http://www.europeancuphistory.com/clubs/astonvilla.html http://www.uefa.com/uefaeuropaleague/season=2013/clubs/club=59324/matches/index.html unfortunately not Glasgow.

Fulham oh I wish indeed, you cant tell me their dont have great memories of this http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/europe/8636425.stm

That was last season not this season, they also went out on goal difference if I recall or matches against closest rival, they also pkayed more games than any other team last season and still won the europa league, dont let the truth get in the way of your srgument.
-
I want to win anything, its like selfish little boys wanting the biggest piece of cake, what have arsenal won lately? How big is the trophy for coming 4th? A trophy you never get and we will never achieve that position without huge investment anyway, pointless dreams, lets dream of winning something, why go into the champions league if we can not win it?
-
They coped last year, they even celebrated a little when they won the lesser European trophy as well.............
