LOL!

You can mock Whelk, but I don't see you complaining at our success at the moment, and that success is down to high end professional approach to the game. PS. I made up the bit about not seeing you complaining about our success at the moment. I didn't bother to check that that was the case. Feel free to prove I'm wrong.

Oh f*ck me, that's not good advice! He should try something new, not become a couch potato!
-
Guaranteed laugh, a story like that!
-
Ignore him, Dr Who?, he's trying to plant a seed of thought in your head that's not helpful

Really? Oh dear. But I'm sure Ronald Koeman will be able to help improve your technique, he's got a great track record, -
Yeah, but some of the BEST tales have involved drunken people falling asleep and waking up somewhere up north. Then spending £60 on a taxi home. I literally NEVER get bored of stories like that. Please don't deprive me.

I went to my first climbing session this evening. I was great! I felt like a monkey! I think this will be my new addiction. Alternatively, I would recommend: learning to play guitar, life drawing, and wood crafting isn't a bad idea...but anything really, you just need to try it and see if you like it. I think best way to get yourself out of a bit of a funk, is to do something physical, whether that's making something, or physical activity. Great thing about climbing is it forces you to think about the here and now (rather than other crap like work stress, what the future brings, what bad things happened in the past). You are literally forced to worry about what you can hold on to next. I loved it - but I guess dependent on whether you've got a climbing centre near you. What you're experiencing is very common, and it's great you recognise it. Sometimes we all just need something new to shake us up a bit!

That's such a fence sitting response. In other words - he hasn't got a clue! -
I never understand this perspective. This isn't a case of the player complaining he's too tired, or too jet lagged to want to play. This will be sports scientists ruling that he's not at peak condition, so when playing against elite athletes who are in peak condition, he may well under perform. Unless you know something I don't know?

Blimey, I'm in awe at some of your commutes. I don't think I'd last Southampton to Waterloo with an 8am start in the city for a week, even if you were paying me a million for it. Never mind 2 years. Respect.

The Run-In: 2014/15 - The Race for Europe

You can see why sports psychologists recommend only considering one game at a time (as does The Koeman). Just looking at that list makes me feel nervous, excited, and freaked out! And I don't have to play the darned games! -
Oh bad luck. Still, sounds like you've had fun wth it!

I always think of ballet dancers as tall athletic creatures... And do you still dance?
-
So what kind of dance did you do? I think dancers are amazing. I can't dance for toffee.

Is that your leg then, Bridge Too Far?

Aw, Jonny, I'm not two-faced.
-
No way??! Wow, I'd love to have a hypnotherapist and life coach. Power!
-
Hiya Jonny. Have I said how intelligent I think you are? When I told you to "f*ck off" before, I was just teasing... xxx

I work for a big UK charity in London. And I'm an illustrator on the side.

Watched it because it was well done and my heritage is Egyptian, so fascinating to see. But, seriously, I'm gonna marry that guy one day

That is a fact!

We are so spoilt right now. I don't want it to ever end!!

Can't imagine us doing this for any of our ex players - we'll still be sulking about them leaving several years on! Can you imagine if we gave Adam Lallana an official farewell?! It's really nice they do this though.
