I think it goes as follows; In the next 9 days, Poopey have to.... 1) pay off HMRC ( apparently £11m+ ) 2) provide evidence to the courts that they are currently not insolvent 3) provide definitive proof of investment to maintain them as a going concern If they fail on any 1 of these, they are closed down.

Does that include the Income Tax and the EE & ER National Insurance contributions ?
