What 'before and during' was missed from the video of the cop trying to plant the evidence on the guy shot in the back - would that be the traffic stop ? What 'before and during' would have shown a black schoolgirl inciting a cop to pistol whip her ? Simple question, when you are standing on the bonnet of a car, how many bullets do you need to fire to subdue 2 dead bodies ?
