no it isn't In the UK (criminal trials), defendants (on matter how much you like them) are presumed innocent until a prosecution proves 'beyond reasonable doubt' (with evidence) that said person is guilty. Not prove that they 'probably' did the crime

never said that. if it was THAT important, the Green Party would be surging in the polls. They are clearly the only party committed to real change. What ever labour and the conservatives do is nothing more than win a few votes and PR. Lets not pretend for one minute that your car tax is paid to 'fight' your emission foot-print......just wrapped up as such. at the end of the day, the vast majority of us just want someone else to do something about it. People make the difference.

I would argue that it is people that should drive change, not government. Nothing stopping you (or millions of others) voting for the Greens and making Caroline Lucas the PM.....along with living a completely eco-friendly life style. I suspect you don't do either of those.

One thing is for sure, we know exactly what the status quo is. It’s definitely not change in the last two years

the reason why people like wes (and countless others) are sceptical of such doom stories is that ALL of the armegedon for VOTING to leave simply did not happen and in many/most cases, the reverse came about I remember people on here laughing at Gove when he suggested that it was best to ignore the 'experts' who suggested we would be eating off the floor with the cats and dogs for daring to vote leave.......he was ridiculed for defying the experts....he was right (by luck or design)
