if anyone new is going to do it, this is the season chelsea will win the league city will be 2nd due to the sheer quality of their squad arsenal will stutter to top 4 but united, everton, liverpool and spurs stuttering big time... perhaps someone new saying that, not to long ago it will the top 4 and everyone else...it now appears to be the top 6/7 and everyone else be good if we can break away from the 'rest' and make it the top 8 and everyone else...???
