It's not a question about whether Scotland remain part of the UK though is it. It's about whether the UK remains part of the EU. As you say, the majority voted to stay part of the UK in 2014 and now 62% have voted to remain in the EU. By vetoing the UK leaving the EU, then she's doing just what the Scottish people have voted for isn't she, staying in the UK and the EU, and isn't that her job? Sent from my SM-T810 using Tapatalk

Wee Nicki now seems to be suggesting that Scotland can veto any decision for the UK to leave the EU. That'll be interesting! Sent from my SM-T810 using Tapatalk

Who are they then? -
At which point did I mention that people were thick stupid or racist? I do have a problem with understanding the 'people want a sense of control' line to be fair. What I do understand is that people want to reduce immigration to save our public services, NHS waiting times, give jobs to British workers, increase their pay and not be undercut by immigrants'. People didn't vote for a 'sense of control' to have the number of immigrants remain roughly the same so I think they'll be sorely disappointed. As it happens, I don't believe that Boris 'I'm the most pro immigration MP' Johnson was a true believer so it will be interesting to see how things progress if and when he becomes the boss. As for Labour voters voting UKIP from now on. Why would they? They only point about UKIP was to take us out of the EU. That's been done so they're now meaningless so why vote for them? Unfortunately this is another area where people have been misled and voted on the fear peddled by Farage and his mates that all the ills of the country are caused by too much immigration. IMHO immigration won't reduce by any significant amount as a result of this decision and I look forward to Boris et al telling us what the limit will be although I expect to be waiting for a VERY long time for that to happen.

Oh, so that means our cost of borrowing is likely to rise. I wonder whether the increased interest we now need to pay is more or less than the fictional £350m per week. Looks like we might have spent that already then. Oh well, no more money for the NHS after all - who knew. Sent from my SM-T810 using Tapatalk

Well as long as you're alright eh!

Except that it wasn't. However if you happen to have some of your money or pension invested in bank shares for example, things might not be as rosy today as they were yesterday. Sent from my SM-T810 using Tapatalk

I'd be surprised if anyone does. I don't think the others have a Leader as plain stupid as Dave. Sent from my SM-T810 using Tapatalk

Interesting to see how we're going to stop people travelling freely between Eire and Northern Ireland and onwards to the rest of the UK.

It won't stop at all and the numbers will drop only marginally, if at all. The people who voted out to reduce immigration will eventually realise they've been sold a pup. The future for my kids now looks much bleaker than it did yesterday. Congratulations to the Leavers. I sincerely hope your decision doesn't come back to bite us all in the arse but I fear it will.
