You okay Minty? Or has Al's inability to cough up a fiver stuck in your throat?

I can give you 1.25 million reasons why Storrie is good at finance... Keep sucking Peter, there's still blood in the corspe.

Love the way we are signing some of the best players from mid-table Championship clubs... whereas the Skates are signing players rejected by mid-table Champtionship clubs.

I know it's not the most trustworthy or sources, but Wiki says that Pompey's new 'star' signing Quincy Owusu-Abeyie spent the second half of last season on loan to Cardiff... where he made a total of four substitute appearances in half a season. He then spent the summer training with Bristol City... who failed to offer him a deal. Not sure why reports say he needs international clearance, wasn't he born in Holland?

I like that a lot... In a similar vein (to Never walk alone) F*ck off, f*uck off, with tears in your eyes, because you'll never play here again you'll never play here again

If Grant's still manager, how about a chant of "you can't afford Thai hookers"? If we win (and only if we win) should get the post game tanoy music to play something like The Doors "The end", or Pythons look on the bright side... While keeping the imbreds locked in of course..

Really? Longer than some of those never ending ITK takeover threads from last year's admin and pinnacle debacle?

I know I'll get slated, but he looks very good on FM...

I'm in and will convince friends & family to join me. Full back-page public apology would be enough for me.

Not sure if already posted, but the 'Guernsey Football Association' are reporting that Pompey who were 'funding the island's soccer development centre ... have been paid late and bills for hiring pitches and training facilities' http://www.channelonline.tv/channelonline_guernseynews/displayarticle.asp?id=480034 "Financial woes at Premiership football club Portsmouth are having a knock-on affect in Guernsey. The club was funding the island's soccer development centre - hoping to find a new Matt Le Tissier."

So a £950,000 loan fee then, with a 'free' transfer in the summer? Would this negate the need to pay Watford?

The corner has two staircases doesn't it? I thought there was one shared by 39, 38 & half of 37; and another shared by half of 35, 36 and half of 37... Don't forget that all of these sections are smaller than others in the ground - with 39 and 38 being possibly only half the capacity of other sections. If the concourse was re-designed correctly, you could move the flexible netting to pretty much any position. The smallest you could move this to would be to give the away fans a single staircase - by putting the netting in block 37 you could easily give the away fans only blocks 39 & 38. I don't know the capacity of blocks 38 & 39, but combined they can't hold many more than say 300 or 400 can they? I don't think building new catering or providing extra toilets are really show-stoppers...

Hense why I was suggesting altering the walls beneath the concourse to allow different sections to be closed off.. i.e. altered to fit the number of away fans. [Oh by the way, I'd be equally happy to reverse the suggestion, and use blocks 22-26 for the permanent away section; make the boundary between 21 & 22 more easy to police (permanent), and expand into 27 & 28 as required...]
