Jan...... clubs let players go on loan for two reasons.... 1. they are kids, lets see how they do playing regularly in a less intense environment... 2. they should be in their prime, but are a bit shit, and we don't want to pay them till the end of their contract.

No one is thinking a move to a team bottom of their division is going to be a good move them, lets get Tella back and roll the dice on some of the kids, only a month or so ago Dibling was being touted as the next Big thing, Big enough that Chelsea bought him, i think personally, and this is just my opinion, a club at our level should have a "general" in each area of the pitch, a defensive general, a midfield general, etc, one Senior experienced player, to control good up and coming Youngsters.
