and so booing will lift the players confidence.The ctiicism was not at the final whistle there were groans and moans throughout the 2nd half. The fans attitude has not changed from last season, as soon as things go wrong they are getting all restless. It helps no-one by booing and I know from experience, kids in sports heads drop as their own expectations are as much if not more than the others.They need to bereassured that they are doing ok and when things are going badly they need that even more.

you have every right to boo, but the majpority of clubs fans would realise that we had a team of kids, and they played 3 games in a week and would have accepted that. My wife told me the tv commentators were critical of our fans and I for 1 agree..Whoever scored first in this game would tire in the heat

Thank heavensthe board didnt listen to fans pressure then. Can you imagine how the forum would be in those days. If fans think swing Lowe was tiugh they should have seen what LM went through, from the tunnel past the dockers in the East stand all the way to the dug out. For all the criticism I have thrown at LM he has my utmost respect in how he proudly walked along the touchline without flinching.Top stuff.

Entirely true it is a massive bonuus but we do need to understand that it is not a guarentee in modern football. I think he is a star in the making but only if he keeps his head down and doesnt let it go to his head.

I agree and am really happy he has signed.I just want people to realise it doesnt mean he will be here for 3 years definately. I also hope that the club use their nous and make sure they encourage the kids to get agents that are sensible and wish to work with the club.They need to be of the opinion that the kids need to develop well before moving on to the big pay day. Therefore not upping sticks like Theo or more importantly like Crainie and Mills before they have established themselves in a team.

Thats you opinion, I dont think he is a great footballer but he never gave less than 100% for us. I much prefer the players in our midfield now though.

Sorry to pee on the party but caution needs to be taken here.He has signed a 3 year contract, that will not make him immune to being sold if an offer comes in.Look at Berbatov or Kenwynne, all it does is secure a good price for him for the club if we get an offer him.

I think he will play as always fully committed and doing his best for the team.I suspect that he may do quite well.Hammil will do his best as well, the step overs have been missing in our entertainment this season, after all it gives the time for the defence to organise.

Your generation must find it harder tro accept relegation than fans of mine who saw us reelegated under LM. We have tasted the disappointment of relegation but also enjoy the rebirth and promotion.Different days of course, the bile was aimed at LM not the chairman of the day. To be born and never knowing the club outside the PL must be hard and so I must try and remember that when I read some of the anti Lowe nonsense. Iwas lucky to sample the joy of the cup final victory the promotion and the great days of the early 80's, I hope fans like yourself who saw a modicum of success in the 90's/early 2000s get reward with sticking with the club. Perhaps as I have experienced this all before that Im more tolerant of our position..or worn down over the decades.

Perhaps it is a small section of fans who need to change their spots. Iwatched SSN this morning and Tony Gale was on talking about WHU and he spoke about prudence and balancing the books.He mentioned that the previous chairman had overspent and now players would have to be sacrificed to balance things up. They are in the so-called land of milk and honey and have to, so why get all het up because we are doing so in the CCC.
