Crab Lungs Posted 14 July, 2009 Share Posted 14 July, 2009 http://www.cricketcoachgame.com/ Shame there hasn't been any more ICC's, and this years console effort is only an international offering. Nice, 'cos you can play the Ashes but at the same time, I did enjoy playing the county format on previous series...

Any way, they now have a new owner and the new game is out in boxed format on 24/7, but you can buy on-line. According to reviews it does have county game as well. I am going to download the trial version over the weekend to see what it's like.

Crab Lungs Posted 16 July, 2009 Author Share Posted 16 July, 2009 Love ICC... wish it had the depth of Cricket Coach though. Will probably ask for a refund on CC and get ICC now...
bungle Posted 21 July, 2009 Share Posted 21 July, 2009 So, my two day trial of the new cricket captain is now over. Some thoughts: Custom fields still don't seem to work, I get battered in the one day games! Found it incredibly tough to take wickets in the County Championship. Very annoying that on every lbw appeal they show hawkeye twice, and you can't "click through" it. All-in-all, however, I think I am addicted again. bungle Posted 4 August, 2009 Share Posted 4 August, 2009 Ordered Ashes 2009 on wii from Amazon for £25 (£5 cheaper than play.com). One dodgy review on there, but m3h.

Surely you'll be sat infront of the Wii waiting for the virtual rain to cease ??
