Don't think we should get a song going about any of our best players going to South Africa.

Will highlight the quality we have in the team, and will make our best players stand out too much and attract attention from higher division clubs.

Remember when we started singing Bridgey for England? Wasn't long after that Chelsea snapped him up.

Lets keep it our little secret about our best players:)

I'd love it (Keegan style) if you were a football manager. Forget scouting, videos and trials... terrace chants, that's how you find out if a player's any good. :D

Tony Pullis did recently mention sumwer that before he was recognised as much as he is now, he used to go along to matches and sit in with the supporters when scouting players, as he said he could get more info about the players from the recation and comments from the regular fans as well as asking questions about what they thort about certain players. Fans are generally a good judge of players and are normally more critical and honest than maybe some scouts or other professional people may be.
