John Boy Saint Posted 14 March, 2010 Share Posted 14 March, 2010 Despite being told that I could wear whatever I want (including my Birthday suit) in my Club Wembley acquired seats for the JPT final I have now been told that the note on the tickets that states "No Team shirts", will be an issue. Any of you who have these tickets just be aware of this and plan to be cute to swerve this possibly enforced ticket instruction. Hey at the end of the day I have a ticket for the big day if I am not permitted to wear my shirt I will not be getting my backside in a cramp. Jesus Reigned Posted 15 March, 2010 Share Posted 15 March, 2010 Free bar in Club Wembley seats? Not as far as I'm aware? A mate of mine has apparently got me a ticket in Club Wembley, he's said nothing about a free bar?!

John Boy Saint Posted 15 March, 2010 Author Share Posted 15 March, 2010 What about flags and banners??? I think it is a case of being prepared, prepared to be messed about, so take your bits and bobs but not flaunting them about like the village idiot but just gauge the mood of where we are sitting. trousers Posted 16 March, 2010 Share Posted 16 March, 2010 Club Wembley have advised in the past that club colours are worn at the ticket holder's risk. It basically gives them a ready made reason to chuck anyone out who is seen to be causing trouble. The 'risk' being to innocent bystanders that if there is 'trouble' in the vicinity if where you are sitting you may get caught up in the stewards' brush if you are wearing colours. I've been to FA Cup semis and finals in club wembley before and there are always plenty of people with team shirts/flags etc. My advice would be to enter the stadium with your shirt covered up and then play it by ear when you get in. The safest bet would be to wear something red that isn't a replica shirt. Ygrycan't chuck you out for 'coincidently' wearing a top that happens to match the colour of one of the teams playing! Dibden Purlieu Saint Posted 16 March, 2010 Share Posted 16 March, 2010 I've been advised not to wear colours, just one of those rules that comes with the territory. Doesn't bother me too much.
