Son of Bob Posted 20 April, 2010 Author Share Posted 20 April, 2010 Maybe the pit lane thing was a bit silly but Vettel didn't help the situation by squeezing him in there. If Vettel had moved to his left it would have meant it was safe for Hamilton to drop back in behind him but as it was Lewis risked suspension damage to him and the Red Bull if he'd braked to move back in. Vettel had a whole pit lane empty to his left so why force Lewis into the pit boxes? 50/50 in my eyes and a slap on the wrist for both was the right call.
