Getting old game ROM's to work on Windows 7.

I have found a few old Mega drive 'ROM's' which I would like to have a go at, but I have no idea how they would work.

 

Any ideas on say, this one? http://takegame.com/simulators/htm/sennasmonacograndprix.htm

Just gave it a go, and you don't even need an emulator.

Download the file, extract it, open the application and it will install.

Then go to programs and open the game.

Ah, on windows 7? Sorry, should have paid more attention. Don't see why it wouldn't work the same way though.

I'm a total newb at that sort of stuff but even I sussed it out. Just download that, download and extract the roms you want to play then open them using the file tap - load genesis.

... would recommend Kid Chameleon - brilliant game. Be very impressed if you can complete it, it seems endless!

Just downloaded project64, with the Zelda games, Mario64 and Goldeneye. So very happy.

K-Fusion is easily the best Sega emulator out there. If you're looking for more emulators and roms, then http://www.planetemu.net is very good. It's in French, but has simply loads and loads of stuff on there.
