One of our rivals losing manager?

Would be a good fit for the Fulham job IMO, young up & coming English manager who used to play for the club so knows his way around with them. I'm pretty sure that Huddersfield won't want to lose him.

Would also be nice to see a Premier League club going for an English manager from the lower leagues rather than a foreign coach.

Agree with both of you.

He'd be a good choice for Fulham, although the downside of his appointment would be that its probably just another stepping stone back to Newcastle.

I agree in principle, although there is always the risk that you will uncover the next Ince or Sturrock (I know, Haggis etc). Would be good to see Clark given a go at Fulham though. What with Reid taking over at Plymouth, and the Pilgrims showing no signs of selling BWP, things are falling into place nicely.

LOL .... nice to see that other clubs could fall foul of the old spiritual home scenario ;)

How long before WHU realise what a muppet they've taken on though, and we have to go through it all over again

Cant see Huddersfield giving up easily though, but as been said many times in the past, what is the point of keeping somebody against their wishes (IF Clark expreeses any interest of course). The damage has been done. Either way it could be good news for us.
