The injuries list situation

We've obviously got a long list of invalids currently but I feel JP's policy of involving more players with more flexibility so that in effect we have a larger first team squad is either a spot of good luck or good foresight.

If we had this many injuries to "first teamers" last season we would be threadbare by comparison in terms of experience and willingness of players to adapt to circumstance as happily.

Perhaps it is the first visible benefit of "total football".

Look at the subs bench last night.

On the almost-certain assumpton that the end of the world would need to be nigh for Skacel to get an actual game, do you not agree that we are actually beginning to scrape the bottom of what was a very shallow barrel ?
