Comes with a clip on back protector, a nice leather case that encloses the whole unit, the official usb charger / data cable, Sony headphones (better than the nasty "packed in" apple ones), a decent and unused cleaning cloth plus an Altec Lansing hifi dock (rrp £60 + it also charges).
