As I read that article he was jailed for using a passport which was not his so don't quite see how he could be

accused of being an illegal in the UK?. The US? Yes he was there and was very lucky he got back to the UK.

He entered the US using false documents and eluded their border agency, therefore he was an illegal immigrant (not into the UK I grant you, so the thread title is perhaps a little misleading, but not untrue).

I've only ever been banned by 2 people on twitter, Neil Allen and him. It appears neither like to debate something when it looks like the may lose the argument or find some of the questions tough.

ah, that is fine...not hit terrorist preaching levels yet...still plenty of scope to be completely protected by the european human rights act...get his FULL legal fees paid for..and maybe plenty of benefits and a free (rather large) house to boot... the UK is great...eh
