johnnyboy Posted 29 September, 2013 Share Posted 29 September, 2013 Hi all I've got windows 7 and the latest version of IE10 running , every now and then a web page will hang/freeze ( it isn't any specific page just happens randomly) and I have no way of escaping the page other than powering the laptop off by holding down the power button , so basically is there a way of getting out of this issue without powering it off ? Thanks peeps

Jimmy_D Posted 1 October, 2013 Share Posted 1 October, 2013 Sounds like it could be caused by JavaScript. If it happens again, try leaving it (a few minutes) to see if it sorts itself out. If that works, that particular page should load ok again in the future without the wait.
