pap Posted 17 February, 2014 Share Posted 17 February, 2014 Got bored about halfway through. Needs a banging techno soundtrack, imo.
bridge too far Posted 17 February, 2014 Share Posted 17 February, 2014 (edited) I recognised a lot of them and I was especially to see the pic of Lankaster & Crook. If it was the one in Obelisk Road in Woolston, my grandfather worked there for many years. You probably know about this site already, but I'll post the link anyway https://en-gb.facebook.com/SouthamptonMemories Edited 17 February, 2014 by bridge too far
Ohio Saint Posted 17 February, 2014 Share Posted 17 February, 2014 I really enjoyed that!! Bitterne Triangle was always a no-brainer. Twice, I heard myself yelling internally "Floating Bridge!" What a shame that those sausage noshing inbreds made such a mess of the Bargate! I don't think I ever remember seeing a pic of it more complete than it is today. Uncle Bill delivered milk on a horse drawn cart until the mid 60's.
