egg Posted 18 April, 2016 Posted 18 April, 2016 Good performance on the while. Gardos looked solid, young Jones very good as was Gallagher, Hesketh and Gape. JWP worked hard as did Reed but they didn't stand out. Targett looked awful at times although he put in some nice corners.

Hesketh frustrates the hell out of me he has everything but just seems to lack that final pass/ finish. A good footballer in there but needs that 10% more to break through.

egg Posted 18 April, 2016 Posted 18 April, 2016 To be fair, that was Lallana for a long time too. Nah. Lallana as a youngster stood out as an obvious future England player. I saw him at St Mary's against West Ham reserves when he was 17 or so create about a dozen goal scoring chances. Hesketh is capable but for me an obvious league 1 (poss championship if he knuckles down) player.
