I will be attending the march on Saturday. It may be peanuts but at least it is something. It will also mean that I can get the inner-rage I feel every time I walk up to SMS after my pint at the Chapel Arms out in the open before the game. Might make the game more enjoyable. So, well done to who ever is arranging the march. I will also be joining in at the top of my voice any anti-lowe songs during the game.

 

However, the SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT THING FOR OUR FOOTBALL CLUB is not to get rid off Lowe. That is of monumental importance, for sure. No the SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT THING is that we start next season in the championship. I honestly think that if Lowe was to naff off tomorrow then there wouldn't be any difference this season. That is why I say that the only thing that matters at the moment, trumping all else, is to give the lads every ounce of support we can. No negativity towards the players or coaching staff.

 

One more thing. If at any point during the march there is even the slightest hint that we are protesing against the lads and/or coaching staff then I will be off. I will be protesting against the suits, not the team.

In that case I think you should save your protest until after the game, because no matter who it is directed at, the negative atmosphere it will generate is bound to affect the players.

I'd love to see all protests put together for after the season. After full support for the remaining games. If people care, then do everything to help us stay up. I don't care about the "we've supported them and they've been crap" argument. Partly because it's in the past and partly because I haven't seen decent support for the full 90 minutes at SMS in a long time now.

So help us stay up, then protest even if we do scrape survival. Contact season ticket holders and try and get them not to renew. It won't stop anyone going to games, but a renewal rate below 50% would be difficult to ignore.

So your way of doing things is to wait until it is too late then complain about it?

Bit like buying something that breaks then wait until the warranty runs out before returning it isn't it?

 

The fans have been behind the team the whole season, you should go to more games rather then listen to them on the radio.
