This is how Administration works...

I have said all along that administration or a Coventry situation is inevitable.

We will have to be staring admin in the face before Lowe, Wilde or Crouch admit that their shareholdings are completely worthless - only then will it be worth someone buying the club (SISU style).

A simple question for those disagreeing with Alpine and St Marco on Administration :

What are we going to do in 12 months time if/when the bank demand another £5m or £10m to keep us afloat after a further years losses ?

No Saints fan wants to see our club in Administration but short of a successful takeover bid or promotion back to the Premier League it's just inevitable at some stage . Rupert's cost cutting campaign should keep us going this season but it will only reduce not eliminate the significant monthly losses SLH is generating and will continue to generate for the foreseeable future .

As a business SLH makes no financial sense outside of the Premier League . The limited income from our much reduced match attendance and (crucially) the loss of the Sky TV money has destroyed the business model SLH is founded upon . Put simply we have too much debt , not enough income and no realistic prospect of reaching the 'break-even' point let alone making a decent return on investment . All these factors add up to inevitable Administration at some stage IMO .

We might as well just get used to the idea and look forward to building a new club out of the ashes of SLH . Unfortunatly we'll almost certainly have to build that new club in League One I'm afraid . :(

Here Here !!!

Give these boys the fecking chance they deserve, even if they only avoid relegation by the skin of there teeth, but i dont think it will be like that.

They will give thier all for the club and the shirt they wear, they will show the desire and passion we want to see.

These youngsters will mature very quickly and this club will reap the rewards if they stick together.

So what we may have to spend another 3 years or so in the CCC, whilst these youngsters develop and get the balance right to gain promotion, but i believe they can and will do it.

When they do gain promotion they will be better equipted to survive than most clubs that get promoteed from this league.

Why ?

Because we wont have to go out and buy loads of players that can play decent football, because we will already have a team of footballers.

Not a team of has beens, and journeymen.

Let Saints be the club that beats this so called formula of bullyboy tactics and long ball merchants to get out of this league.

Just give them a bloody chance

Top post - every game they have improved - perhaps not the result as yet but that will come.
