Andy_Porter Posted 7 February, 2009 Share Posted 7 February, 2009 Nafti is looking for a loan move away from Birmingham, wouldn't mind someone like him in our midfield.
Saint Stimp Posted 7 February, 2009 Share Posted 7 February, 2009 Not a loan but CDAJFU on a free? http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/r/reading/7874908.stm

He's a player that i've admired for a long, long time at Reading, always wished we signed him. I'm actually slightly amazed that he's had his contract terminated, he would be a shoe-in here at SMS. As far as I know he's equally adept at playing right and left wing, so he would be a versatile player for us, especially with Rudi probably leaving in the summer. However, would he want to play in League 1...?
ozzmeister Posted 7 February, 2009 Share Posted 7 February, 2009 Not a loan but CDAJFU on a free? http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/r/reading/7874908.stm Is he right or left sided but agreed CDAJFU. How likely is he to hang about in the UK and could we realistically aford his wage demands? I read on SSN that someone from Derby has joined Leeds on an emergency loan...does that mean its now open? RobM Posted 7 February, 2009 Share Posted 7 February, 2009 Two full backs please, we are covered everywhere else but desperately lacking at RB and LB. And I mean real full backs, not midfielders
ALWAYS_SFC Posted 7 February, 2009 Share Posted 7 February, 2009 Does anyone really believe the club will find or have the nous to get any decent players to come on loan here as most of the last lost were are crap, anything decent has cleared off elsewhere now... Stu Man Do Posted 7 February, 2009 Share Posted 7 February, 2009 Lol @ Bobby convey being a potential signing for us ... read the article what is it? 9 appearances in 2 premier league seasons, not injury prone or anything then?! As someone else has said get in a decent RB at the bare minimum. Decent passing bone crunching midfielder oh and a striker who is better than 1 goal in 10 attempts? WATERSIDEIFASAINT Posted 7 February, 2009 Share Posted 7 February, 2009 Without another striker who can play alongside Saga and regularly put the ball in the net we're screwed imho.Mcgoldrick is definately not the answer and even more definately Patterson is not.We must get an experienced striker in next week to have any hope which is fast disappearing anyway!!
