Bailey Posted 19 April, 2009 Share Posted 19 April, 2009 How do you re-train players into new positions? Would quite like to convert Lallana into a solid right-midfielder as I don't have any funds to sign a new player. Any ideas? Cheers in advance. Matthew Le God Posted 19 April, 2009 Share Posted 19 April, 2009 1) Click on Lallana's profile 2) On the left hand panel click on training 3) In the info page there is a drop down box for new position 4) Depending on the players age, current ability in that position and other hidden stats it can take a few weeks or months to change position. SuperMikey Posted 19 April, 2009 Share Posted 19 April, 2009 I saw someone on t'internet post a screenshot having trained Cristiano Ronaldo as a striker for United, he scored something absolutely ridiculous like 58 goals in a season for them. So changing positions about can be beneficial..

SuperMikey Posted 19 April, 2009 Share Posted 19 April, 2009 Try training Bialkowski as a striker No, he doesn't score goals, only lets them in.
SNSUN Posted 22 April, 2009 Share Posted 22 April, 2009 On FM07 (which I play on my girlfriend's computer as it's not powerful enough for FM09), I trained Gareth Bale into an attacking midfielder (left). Bloody brilliant he was.
