  1. Not sure U-turns were high on the list of criticism of the three you mention there. Labour have made a rocky start but whoever won the last election would have had difficult decisions to make given the state of what they inherited. I don’t agree with all they have done but they are definitely an improvement on the chaos that preceded them. At least they appear to be thinking long term and getting on with the job not infighting and just desperately trying to start culture wars every 5 mins. That in itself is refreshing.
  2. You’re the fuckwit who interpreted ‘safe’ as meaning zero percent chance of anyone having side effects. It’s because of people like you they have to write ‘may contain nuts’ on packets of peanuts.
  3. Says the person who ignores the fact that when you were given a jab you were also given a leaflet explaining the risks. The Covid jab greatly reduces the chances of getting seriously ill but like most vaccines has a tiny risk of side effects - of course it is fair to describe it as safe.
  4. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/covid-19-vaccination-and-blood-clotting - from 2021 Regardless of whatever Bozo said, we were still told of the risks. You are talking shite as usual.
  5. That's just complete bollocks. I remember being given a leaflet explaining the risks on my first and having the risks explained to me on one of my later jabs. Not to mention reading/hearing about the risks involved numerous times in the media.

I would rather Iran didn’t have nukes but they are a sovereign nation with every right to defend themselves. My concern with Trump acting like the World police is that countries like a Russia and China might hate that more than the idea of Iran having WMDs and just help them develop, or just supply them nukes to prove a point.
  7. Great news that it has passed, there are obvious concerns but definitely the right thing to do. The positives from amount of suffering it will stop will far outweigh any negatives IMO.

They have been proven liars, it’s obvious they are not just targeting terrorists.
  9. They have already raised the income threshold to 35K - do pensioners on more than that really need state handouts? I agree they should tax the rich more, problem is when Labour do it they are cunts for stealing our hard earned cash and handing it out to lazy scroungers, if the Tories do it it’s because they have no choice.
  10. It's only you and mad Nic that don't seem to understand the difference in the fundamental ideologies of the two main parties. Labour will always get more slack when cutting benefits, just like the Tories do when they have to raise taxes. Sunak had to raise taxes when he was PM, just like Labour have to make cuts now.
  11. I knew you would miss the point.
  12. ‘Nice and cuddly’ what are you on about? We all know that Labour are the party that love to blow all our hard-earned tax money on benefits for scroungers. I doubt Labour enjoyed cutting benefits any more than the last Tory government enjoyed raising our taxes.
  13. Yeah of course, we all know the Tories tend to choose lower tax and lower spending on benefits, Labour generally choose to go the other way.
  14. I think the difference is you can be pretty sure Labour are cutting benefits because there is little choice, not for ideological reasons. They are traditionally the party that tends to hand out too much IMO, it’s really not hard to understand why people react to the two parties differently.
  15. Possibly, but it’s a tough one. Farke is obviously a risk at that level but it is probably more of a risk to rip it all up and try and start afresh just after promotion. I think the best chance any promoted team has is to keep a cohesive team together and try to add a bit of quality.
