I'm just hoping that we are looking at all options and not just going for a lower level manager at the first attempt. Surely has to be someone who is a big name who can instantly command the respect of the squad and us the fans. Gerrard, Vieira etc.

I still think Steven Gerrard would be a great fit for us. A big name who would instantly command the respect of the squad and would be hungry for success after his previous job.

I do genuinely believe had Ralph still been our manager we would be in a way lot better position than we currently are. Not backing him with a top quality striker last summer was a big issue.

Still really annoyed about the way we were set up to play on Saturday. Sit in and then hit them on the counter, at home! We were second best for a lot of the 1st half. Second half we were way too open and it cost us massively. Just feeling so disappointed now

Absolutely clear that he's a coach and a not a manager. Once again today baffling tactics displayed. To me it looked like we were set up to counter attack at home, seriously why? Left horribly exposed down either flank once again. Not good enough.

I disagree with you. Hes clearly got pedigree as evidenced by scoring regularly in Europe and international level too.

I like AMN. Despite what some say on here, he was played totally out of position and wasn't helped by that.

Totally baffling that Orsic has not been used atall. Here is a player with pedigree who has played and scored regularly in the Champions league and in the World Cup.

Was left feeling very numb after Monday night. I think poor defending is what cost us as the first two goals were totally avoidable. Alcaraz, Lyanco and Prowsey (from the spot) with good finishes just annoying that having scored three times we couldn't win this one.
