If Lavia isn't 100% fit to start then I would play AMN.
-
I would like to see: Caballero KWP, Bella-Kotchap, Caleta-Car Perraud Lavia JWP S. Armstrong Aribo Adams Edozie 2-1 to us with Prowsey and Adams scoring

According to this report, we are looking to get a deal done quickly for Moffi :- https://www.teamtalk.com/southampton/actively-pursuing-15-goal-ligue-1-striker-who-could-potentially-save-season

We don't need another CB. Like others have alluded to already CB is our strongest area. ABK, Salisu and Caleta-Car are all quality. Lyanco is a good option also. The areas we need to strengthen desperately are CDM, A creative attacking midfielder and striker. The owners need to spend big and invest.
-
Exactly this. People need to get a grip and get behind Nathan Jones and the team
-
Such a poor performance yesterday. We were second best all over and we were way too open at times. Big improvements needed and the owners need to invest quickly as we have to strengthen in key areas - Striker and CDM.
-
Thats got to be complete utter nonsense. Its obvious where we need to strengthen and it needs to be done right away.
-
Stuart Armstrong has to start every game he's one of our best players!
-
Need to strengthen now thats plain obvious.
-
Hoping we can follow up Tuesday nights win with another victory today. This is the start of a run of highly winnable fixtures. 2-0 to us Stuart Armstrong and Adams to score COYR

Absolutely this. Something needs to be done to stop this from happening.
-
Hopefully we can get revenge against them after last season in the FA Cup.
-
Thats what I'm hoping for
-
In Nathan Jones's first home match in charge we got the job done and through to the Quarter finals. Some momentum going into Boxing Day. Che's all round game is so good and both goals he took extremely well
-
After the World Cup break, I'd like to think we will go near enough full strength for this game. A big opportunity for us to get to the Quarter Finals in Nathan Jones's first home game. Getting vital minutes under the players belts as well as getting some good momentum ahead of the game on Boxing day. 3-0 to us Adam Armstrong, Prowsey and Aribo to score - COYR
-
I personally think this is not a bad draw for us We can rotate due to the amount of games over Xmas and new year.
-
Wishing Armando a speedy recovery. Hope he's back stronger and better. At least Tino will offer him support as he's been through it.
-
I agree. Wood on a six month loan deal would be good.

https://www.southamptonfc.com/news/2022-12-12/video-nathan-jones-on-spain-training-camp-southampton-football-club-december-2022 Very impressive, I just hope Nathan Jones is backed in January with a top quality striker and at the start of the month too.

Lassina Traore or Paul Onuachu would be good. Getting Danny Ings back would be class Creativity wise - Tete would be a top target for me.
-
Who equalised for us Dusic?
-
Pleased for Salisu today great finish
