Flukes? I don't know, Palace had to end their run sometime, Leeds/Cardiff is always competitive. I'm just being boring and pessimistic. I hope Leicester turn up, because on their day, they can beat anyone.
-
Don't rely on Leicester for anything. Nothing to play for, I kind of expect them to roll over and die ala Brighton.
-
Brilliant. Just brilliant.
-
I'll give you that Good performance, which will be sealed with promotion on Saturday.
-
30 seconds to get over an advertisement board? YOU FAT BASTARD
-
A win for Millwall tonight would be excellent. 9 points adrift with 12 to play for. Dream on.
-
Was a very, very good performance from us. Defence looked solid (Although Butterfield still worries me) but a good cross from him for the first. Didn't even think it went in as it rebounded off the advertising boards! Lambert's second was a peach. 30 for the season. Lad. Cracking atmosphere as well, when we sung it was loud....although the same songs over and over. Still, who can complain? Davis - 8 - Two superb save's in the first half. Butterfield - 7 - Good cross for the 1st goal however still looked dodgy against pace. Fonete - 8 - Nothing beat him all day. Jos - 9 - Won everything. Even went on a mazy run that made Lallana look ****e. Fox - 8 - Best game i've seen him have in a saints shirt. Chaplow - 8. Everywhere and didn't stop running. Hammond - 9 - My MOTM. Got stuck in, a real leaders performance. Cork - 8 - Carried on from the Pompey game, did well. Lallana - 7 - Not too much from him today but did nothing wrong. Sharp - 6 - Needs a touch and still doesn't look fit. Lambert - 9 - Two goals. Legend. Enough said.
-
Let's be honest, It would have been boring any other way.
-
Good point. Derby's are always hard. It's still in our hands. Believe. Jack Cork - Best display in a Saints shirt. MOTM for me and was everywhere. Guly on the other hand...... They scored two wonder goals, 99/100 they will fly over the bar. Onto palace and 6,000 travelling fans on Monday....

Bet you feel clever now.

484 was the number from the club.

I'm told the extra tickets are on top of our original allocation, so we should be taking over 6,000.

I don't know, just read it in the paper. I would say you can't. However, the referee noted it in his report, hence why the club now have to explain it to the FA.
