I think this should be a new thread. Matchmaking ex- and current Saints' dogs.

If you put them onto your dad and brother's customer numbers, yes. -

I'm not sure that people who don't usually go to away games will be bothered about going to midweek League Cup away games in the home end at the other end of the country - though as they have a nationwide fanbase there may be a few locals who try (and fail due to purchase history). -
Mane's problem is that he IS pretty lightweight and tends to fall like he's been hit by a ton of bricks as a result. It's also easy to be made to fall over and go sprawling when you're flat out running too.

Very straightforward, once you agree with the principle of granting access on a competition-specific basis. I assume their online ticketing software is better too! When you have the breadth of support they have it probably allows a wider variety of people to plan specific dates and times when they can make themselves available to go to away games, rather than having every match count for every game and the same 2000 go to every single away match with no-one else ever getting a look in. If they do the same for FA Cup and European games it makes sense - though this is still only a subset of their ST base, and only around 24,500 which is similar in size to Saints. -
Brilliant, someone uses the vaguest possible term about Katharina selling, so vague it was almost pointless, then in response someone else actually says they can't EVER see it happening. This forum is amazing.

"At some point" is a fairly safe bet.
-
Did you? I was fairly sure from the start that Lambert was rarely getting off the bench, and Lallana was going to be a more frequent than not starter who only lasted an hour in games and was eventually overlooked for some artisan as he's not as good as Coutinho. Klopp seems to like him though.

Except what it says is "ST holders who went to the last 2 League Cup away games" are first priority, then "ST holders who went to 7 of the last 9 League Cup away games" and "ST holders who went to 6 of the last 9 League Cup away games", which all seems very straightforward. You don't even have had to have gone to Brighton in 2011. -
She wasn't signing it off, the estate was going through the various legal processes and was held in trust for the first few years, and she only became owner at some point in the year before Cortese left.

The level of homophobia might not, but the exposure to the media reduces to the point where dubious beliefs (and by that I mean homophobia, for avoidance of doubt) can escape wider censure.
-
Depends if they plan on buying two potential world class players with the profit, I guess.
-
Quite, I'd barely want him on a free, paying £12M is utter mentalism.
-
Let Sadio go for £50m and get basically anybody but Andros Townsend, or just burn £12M, guaranteed better results.
-
Long and the short of it is that we're in a very privileged position as a Prem club in having a wodge of cash, and if we identify a player with unfulfilled potential we have every possibility of being able to attract them ahead of all but the biggest CL and Prem clubs. That should help us keep the flow of talent coming from wherever we find it, though it'll get a lot harder if we can't establish ourselves before the rest of the League pull their fingers out and start doing the same.

Saintsweb on Facebook. It's shoite. SaintsFC official (southamptonfc). Oh, and The Ugly Inside, mainly so I can marvel at Nick's spelling. Everything else is awful, and half the Ugly stuff falls into that category too.

Anyway, this is a thread for morons to get excited about punch-ups and blather on about the 70s, not a half-assed critique of sentence construction. Modern football, eh?
-
Agreed, but it works fine as a follow up to some information about the father and his accusation. So what's missing is that information, as this sentence serves as a summary - of information that doesn't actually exist. Nevertheless, it is two commas away from being coherent, which is what I said originally. I made no claims about full disclosure or necessary context.
-
Would you rather he didn't share information that MIGHT be important? (Not that we've got the details of the assumption yet)...

I'd settle for just having Stekelenburg and Forster as 1 and 2 (in no specific order) and to hell with the rest of it. Whether that's viable is likely to depend on Stekelenburg's appraisal of his position after this season - he's just got back in the Dutch squad, he's playing well, does he want to go somewhere he'll play all the time for certain or is he prepared to sign permanently and risk being second choice to Forster? We'll probably know the chances of signing him permanently as soon as Forster is fit enough to play for the first team - and I'm guessing we'll have a month or so of him playing Dev Squad games first.
-
That won't stop the rumours! Maybe he kidnapped Mane's favourite pet or something.
-
As I said, this was (my recollection of) my list from around the time we played Feyenoord pre-season. Wanyama and Mane won't be here next season, I am absolutely positive of that.
-
Reading between the lines, Van Gaal turned up to Chilbolton Avenue yesterday with a net and a sack, driving a big red pickup truck with a Man U logo on the side.
-
Thank you. Though yeah, it's still not the best.
-
They won't have any say in the matter, but on the bright side it'll probably take a couple of years until everyone already at Prem clubs has agitated themselves new contracts to match what clubs have given to the players they've lured from everyone else's Champions League sides. On the bright side, Man City might then start stockpiling world class players instead of just academy prospects. Oh wait, that's the opposite of "on the bright side".
