Fulham have announced they'll be with adidas next season (as well as West Ham, apparently Saints, and existing adidas clubs Sunderland, Stoke, Chelsea, Hull City, Swansea and West Brom). Looking at that list, no surprise we're not expected to be wearing either stripes or predominantly white.
-
Would be interesting but none of the adidas kits I've seen have got that, and that template doesn't allow for it, the bottom of the "arrow" is a seam from the back of the shirt.

Blagh.

Tom28 said black and gold for the away, though I can see why you'd go with silver. Of course there are Prem numbers in gold, so that would make a bit of sense. Template is a little bit off though isn't it ? Adidas Stripes are way too far down the arms. I haven't used these templates since my laptop blew up a year or so ago, can't be bothered to re-download them all ! Is there another one for the Stoke away/Chelsea home kits with the diagonal section on the sleeves ? Says me who's just chucked up a half-assed colour-wash tweak.

Here's one without the black bits, looks like a Forest or Charlton kit.

I think the (three-ish) adidas templates this year are generally quite nice (even the "big V" works in some incarnations), though they are very plain and exactly the sort of generic stuff adidas have been getting slated for in the past few years. However, some of the twists on the standard template are nice. The Sounders have a blended stripe effect on their lime green thing, Wolfsburg have that sash on the white kit, and the Montreal home pattern tips a hat to late 80s adidas retro style. Ours for example MIGHT have had a nice little Saints crest printed on or woven into the fabric to make it less templatey, or a pinstripe, or some shadow stripes. Though the Chelsea one has shadow stripes, Wolfsburg away has pinstripes and the Stoke one is just plain. So the "plain style but with design quirks" actually works quite well for me, when they've made an effort. None of that makes the blindest bit of difference to me if it's not bloody stripes though.

I'm already kinda in it, had a keyhole op in 2009, was good for about 18 months but then found I couldn't run without pain at pre-season last year and by February I couldn't run at all, the fact it's already as bad as it was beforehand is the current problem. Built the muscles up around it a little bit recently which has helped. I think I somehow managed to have my ACL, PCL, and knee meniscus ruined by one knee-high scissor tackle from behind (13 years ago). The op only trimmed a bit of tissue and ligament but I don't think they addressed the tweaky ACL at all, and I'm not even sure they did much with my PCL which was definitely a problem. I'll find out on Thursday. -
The Chelsea home is the same style as the black Stoke away, fwiw, just with the colour panels not contrasting.
-
Incidentally, for "solid red", not even any pinstripes like the Wolfsburg home on the previous page ?
-
The other thing to note is that the training kit has a "join" across the chest, whilst the Chelsea shirt (and presumably most other pro shirts) doesn't. Though I've already posted a Japanese one that does have the "join".
-
Either way, yeah if it's plain red it's going to be incredibly dull and I suspect there will be more of a "stripes" campaign this time around.
-
This was the Chelsea leak - same style as the Toronto one though the actual kit didn't have the white flashes, and also the sleeve is diagonal as with the teamweat above, not squared off :
-
There are a couple of adidas templates with the chevron underarm effect at the moment - that's the same as the Chelsea one so could be an option. Or it could be the same as the Toronto home :
-
Maybe.

Could be worse, could be this :

I would think the club would trumpet the announcement of any new CEO from the website irrespective of who it was. If it was Cortese, we'd probably get a repeat of the Leeds Championship programme cover as well.
-
Cortese doesn't have an accent on the e, you have just invented it. Di Matteo and Reed are completely different types of coach and Di Matteo has no experience in that role and is clearly better suited to being head coach with the experience he does have. Also, Turkish is completely taking the p155, you nutcase.

I've upgraded to a "yes" based on being slightly fitter than a few weeks ago, but the MRI results next week might completely put the mockers on it. -
Funnily enough one of the posters on here has already done that.
-
I assume given this attitude that you'll be popping off to Fratton, where all of their players will be playing for their sorry careers next season for a pittance, or is that too much like self preservation ?
-
Meant to be a "row about budgets", I suspect he slapped the CEO or something, having worked out he's got 3 years left on his contract and needs to leave there before they start sliding, which is inevitable given that he wants loads of cash. The statement that they've been told to stay away from the players suggests he might already have an offer to go somewhere else.

I don't understand how there is even one response to this, unless it's 17 other people wondering WTF ?
