People that fester in bed all day...
StuRomseySaint replied to StuRomseySaint's topic in The Muppet Show
To be fair, my views on the majority of students are nothing but consistant. I think they are c*nts. -
Travel to where the money is, including commuting to the smoke. Would prefer local, with an aspect of field sales. Have worked in Insurance, New Media, Advertising and now Leisure. Open minded as to industry, preferably one that is more 'credit crunch proof' than others though.

Do you know what ozzmeister, I am busy with a couple of other projects at the moment, but I will take on board your request and look in to the possiblity of writing a book. I am certainly not vain, I work in a gym, I like the environment, but I am still fat.... I am however a 'healthy' fat. btw, people who look in the mirror when lifting weights, generally are not being vain, it is because you need to keep a certain posture when lifting them, for the most effective results, hence looking in the mirror is the best way and is what any personal trainer or physical instructor will advise. -
That was my reason in the email I sent. Regreting it a bit now though. :-(

I was hanging on Sunday, way too much to drink. How did I cope with it? I went to the gym, thrashed the hell out of my body, followed by 30 minutes in the steam room to get rid of the last of the alcohol from my system. That was at 8am. By 9:30 I was fresh and ready to take on the day. -

Books? Don't get me started on them, what a waste of time. Why read a book which will take you a couple of weeks, when you can watch the film in a couple of hours? Another example of how people waste their life away doing pointless things. -
Cheers, I think I am still registered on Total Jobs. The thing is, I thought I could make the job I am in now pay, and was led to believe I could fastrack management, the economic climate means that's impossible, so I am stuck in a job on less than half what I was on this time last year! Mind you, my stupid fault for turning down 2 job offers since Xmas, both on more money, one of them with SFC ffs

It depends. Generally not before midnight. Weekends, between 1 and 2am, sometimes later if I am in town. -

Of course, even more reason. Regardless of what time I go to bed, I am still up by 8ish at the latest on the weekend. Life is for living, not for sleeping. -

I gave you a few examples, not all will suit you. I used to get up to see Holly Willoughby on Ministry of Mayhem. -

See there is your problem Stevo, FIND something to do in the mornings. Saying you don't get up because there is nothing to do just proves you suffer from lazyassitis -

Here is some of the things that I have done between 7am and 12, maybe it will give you some ideas.... 1) Take the dog for a walk in the forest or the beach, if you don't have a dog, borrow one. 2) Play a round of Golf 3) Decorate the house 4) If it is a matchday, Wetherspoons opens at 9, get yourself in there for a Brekkie and Stella 5) If it is a Saturday, make sure you are bathed and ready, then settle down with a couple of newspapers and Soccer AM. There is a couple of examples to get you going, if you need any more ideas then don't hesitate to contact me. -
Where is the best place to look for them at the moment, all the agencies seem to have huge waiting lists, jobs seem to hardly be advertised anywhere! I have heard agencies have literally hundreds of candidates on their database. I have a job, one that I took before xmas, but it was more of an 'emergency job' to see me through xmas, need to get a proper job now. Is Monster etc the best way? ( I work in Sales ) , or is there any other ways of finding jobs?

You should get up and embrace the day. As I said, by me simply getting around 4 hours less sleep on the weekends to you, I will actually spend almost 5 years of my life more than you, awake. enjoying life. I don't understand people who can 'wake up' and then just lie and fester in their bed, or go back to sleep, it's disgusting. Puts it into perspective eh? -

If you are working, and not drinking then that's even more reason not to lie in bed till lunch. -

Of course that is your fault, not actually waking up before 1 is more lazy than actually choosing to not get out of bed till 1. Normally, mongs who don't wake up without an alarm are either... a) Fat b) Weed smokers c) Students d) Fat weed smoking students I am up by 7:30 every morning, don't even use an alarm. -

If you work nights then generally you are a bit of a weirdo if it's by choice. When I was in the army, I used to work 12 hours on, 12 hours off, 7 days a week when stagging on in Belfast, I used to finish at 8am and I would be up for 12 each day. So I guess 12 is acceptable if you have been on nights. -

How can anyone lie in until 12? Seriously it's disgusting. I bet you also go sick off work ' because you've got a bit of a cold ' as well, don't you? -
.... should be put down. How can anyone sleep in until lunch etc, or even worse, wake up and lie in bed watching TV? Is f*cking disgusting if you ask me. What time do you get up on your mornings off? Do you agree with me that students are c*nts, as well as people who fester in bed all day. I get up between 7am and 8am on my days off. For all of you that lay in until lunch time, it works out that during my lifetime, by getting up at 7 instead of 12 on the weekends, I will spend 4 years and 9 months more than you alive, awake, enjoying my superior life.

To be fair, last time Sev and his lady came round, they brought enchiladas which they had made themselves, and we made the fajitas, which is much better than paying to go out and just goes to show that Sev prefers me and my cooking to you. Doing that ghey little protest is no big and it's not clever, and pretty stupid seeing as you waste your pre-match drinking time. Staying in bed all day is just f*cking disgusting. I hate people that can fester in their bed all day, which is probably why I hate students.

To be fair Nick, you have spiced that up a little, it was more like " There is a small minority of fans who protest outside the stadium, we don't see that. The fans are 'fine' inside the stadium, the true fans are the ones that are inside the stadium and are loud, which was the case on Saturday ' ..... or words much closer to that effect than yours.
