  1. Firstly, Saints have had 16 games at home this season with 'positive atmosphere' , how many of them have we won? There is no pressure, as I said, I am a realist and this team is getting relegated, it is not even close to being good enough and is not showing the slightest sign of going on a winning run.... whereas other teams around us are. Being a realist instead of living in a fantasy world, once we are relegated, ( which you need to remember, is odds on, in every sense ) then administration is inevitable. I would much rather take the hit this season and go into administration and have a fresh start next season on 0 points rather than -10 or worse. I think what the funny thing about our fans is the fans who say the 'get behind the lads' , most of them sit in the Itchen, Chapel or Kingsland... when was the last time they got behind the lads?¬?¬?¬?¬?¬? If them 3 stands did make some noise then you wouldn't even be able to hear what is going on in the Northam. Anyway, I fully intend on protesting all game on Saturday, feel free to join in when we go 2-0 down.
  2. To be honest, I personally don't think a march will achieve anything, but each to their own and everyone can protest in whichever way possible. The walkout wouldn't get the numbers to make it a viable option, so I will be protesting by staying in the pub as normal and arriving at the ground at about 3:05 and making life as uncomfortable as possible for Lowe and Wilde during the 90 minutes. Hopefully once a few more people have realised that we are already relegated then the boycott will have the support.
  3. Decided to take trousers advice, went for a San Miguel, just discussing with the missus whether Pet Shop Boys are good and does the fact they are woofters make then sh!t, or is it ok to like their music.
  4. Decided to have a beer, now it is just a choice between San Miguel or Brahma by the bottle or a can of Carling. I think I will go for the Carling as you get more in there.
  5. There is a march to the ground, apart from that, it's just the normal aggro and pitch invasions during the game.
  6. Just had an Ice Lolly, not sure if I will have a beer now or a coffee, work in the morning, after all.
  7. I'm just in from work.
  8. For one of the only times this season, I was sober as I was driving. Stats never show a picture of how the game went. And, them stats are complete b*llocks, Kelvin made at least 3 world class saves, including a penalty save, add the 2 goals in and there is at least 5 shots on target without having to think of any more, them stats say there was only 2 all game! 9 shots on target for us? I can't remember their keeper making a notable save. Don't read stats to try and guage how well we played... we never looked even slightly likely to get anything from the game.
  9. I read it as 'poor ability'
  10. Alex Pearce's goal against Preston and his dogged determination were assets to Jan Portability's side, but Wotte has even more faith in the abilities of his current centre-back pair. Shouldn't it be Jan Portanotalotofability ? Still, funny typo from the OS
  11. This thread should ensure about an extra £5-£10,000 policing and stewards bill if nothing else. :-)
  12. That was probably me. :-) For some reason I always seem to get extra p!ssed at QPR :-)
  13. A is the best behaved,no need for police. Ala norwich or Doncaster etc. B is for ones with a small trouble following such as Pompey, Coventry, birmingham etc. Policed to a certain level. C is for teams whose fans consistantly cause Aggro at away games, heavy policed with public disorder units. Generally at SMS cat c games would be millwall, Pompey, Bristol, Cardiff etc Southampton have been a cat c team at most away groundsthis season
  14. That old 'ridiculed by those who can't be arsed to get involved' is the most tedious line on this forum. Can't some of you really not get it into your head that maybe some people just don't agree with the way it is run or infact their agendas? FC... let's give you an example. Would you join the BNP because you don't agree with racism? Would you join UKIP because you believe in immigration? Would you get a membership at Fratton Park because you support Southampton? The Trust is mistrusted because they hugely inflate their membership numbers, decieve Saints fans, the press and media, as well as SFC. The Trust is mistrusted because they have done absolutely nothing. The Trust is mistrusted because they have automatically renewed members who no longer wish to be members. The Trust is mistrusted because they treat the members they do have with complete contempt. Pressing ahead with their own personal ideas and agendas without even bothering to canvass their membership base. They are starting campaigns which will cost the Southampton residents £25m which could be spent on regeneration etc... how many of their members agreed that this proposal was in the interests of SFC as well as the Southampton people. If they had put it to a vote, how many of their members would have consented the idea? The Saints Trust board represent absolutely nobody but thereselves, they care about nothing than their own personal agendas, they are ripping off Saints fans, claiming to represent Saints fans and getting their way into SFC by ways of deception.
  15. Call it being massively p!ssed off with the way things are going on at Saints, to the point I set up that website, infact I went one further and sent them an email declining effectively a job offer from SFC from an interview I had attended a week before where I was so p!ssed off at Lowe and Wilde. I soon realised once it was set up that the sooper dooper fans were going to spend their time shouting it down, and lastly I didn't want to pay for 12 extra staff in Yates when there were alot of people trying to ensure that people didn't go on the boycott and find it would do more harm than good as the superfans are bound to boo people leaving. Oh, and if you looked, I didn't want to do any interviews, didn't want any public profile myself, a boycott is not something that requires a leader, simply someone to market it.
  16. Personally, I don't want a fan on the board, that is their main objective, so I would never support it or join it and try to change it. Also, with our fanbase as it is, we would never get enough members to make it work. Honestly, it is loud and clear how the 'board members' are in it for themselves when they put through a proposal such as the SCC one without even contacting their membership base. I thought the idea was to pass all motions in the way of a vote before pushing ahead with them? After all, just to combat the inevitable comments... of course this proposal affects their members, what they are asking is for SCC to spend £25m of the council tax on buying SFC, I am sure there are many Saints fans that would be able to think of much better ways of spending that money, regardless of their love for SFC I have said it from day one, and thus far not been proved wrong. Saints Trust are a joke.
  17. Yes I was at the Bristol match., and to say we deserved to win or even get a point is absolute fantasy. We had 2 chances in the first half, Bristol had 5 or 6 plus a missed penalty. We didn't play that well at all, and apart from 2 or 3 chances which were wasted due to poor finishing, we did nothing. We gave the ball away time and time again. We played better than we have done in the last few games, but still nowhere near good enough to win games and stay up. People are struggling to see through their blind love for SFC I think.
  18. With regards to a 'leader' and one group, it is pointless, we have such a split fanbase that will never come together 100% . I decided against organising a walkout as in reality, the 'superfans' in the ground would probably boo.... which completely makes any protest null and void. Look at all the threads, " Get behind the team FFS " followed by " Let's protest all game " Best thing to do is people just spontaneously protest in whatever way they want.
  19. The Trust is about 4 or 5 people trying to get as close to the board as possible, they do not represent anyone and don't have any members.... it's like me and my mates down the pub setting up a Super Saints Club, we would probably still have more members than them even if there was 6 of us. The Trust board proved that they are only in it for themselves when they came up with proposals for SCC to buy the stadium without so much as an email to their members, let alone a vote! They are a joke, this has been proved time and time again.
  20. I predict. 1-1 Pitch Invasions and Stewards getting lumped.
  21. This thread itself should have added a few thousand quid on to the police bill for Saturday. Good work people. :-)
  22. Do you pay to go to games Weston or get complimentrys from staff? And with all respect, certainly up until a couple of years ago, you hardly ever set foot in SMS, hence the 'plastic saints' . Hardly in a position to preach are we? Although I understand due to your relationship to couple of the players, your opinion is going to be somewhat biased.
  23. Ken, apart from a nominal fine of £12,500 for Celtic, you still have not shown how the FA and UEFA will come down on clubs like a ton of bricks. You are going well over the top, as long as the club have all the relevent measures to stop things like this happening, they won't be held accountable. Out of the hundreds of pitch invasions in the last 15 years, you have found ONE example of a points deduction. Also, the ONE example you have found was actually a 'suspended sentence' which was triggered. So even then, they invaded the pitch once, were told by the FA that they will take no action now, but if they do it again, they will lose 2 points, which is fair enough. So there is still NO examples of teams losing points as a result of pitch invasions etc.
  24. Simply based on the fact we were only 1-0 down, due to some great goalkeeping and a missed penalty, not because we deserved a point or were pushing them for a goal. Yes we hit the post, but their keeper was not tested all game.
  25. Who told you we played well on Saturday? We were most definately not and NEVER looked like winning the game or even taking a point. It's not giving up, it is being realistic and getting Lowe and Wilde out before it is too late. Oh, and MR CAPITAL LETTERS, don't you think the last line should read " There will be no demos during the match from me " , or are you telling everyone else what to do?
